All good, person at front desk polite, quiet, seems to be part resident, part hotel. Handy to all Glenelg resturants and activities. Reasonably priced.

Reasonable property for the price. Had very noisy neighbours. Room was smaller than expected.

Be in no doubt this is a cheap hotel. No frills. But it knows whatxit is and does that well. The room was large., as was the bed. The room contained every amenity you would need, except the typically insecure hotel safe. Just minutes walk to the centre of Glenelg. If you want frills there are other hotels in Glenelg. If you want a cheap night in a clean, safe hotel, there's no need to look any further.

Great location, renovated, ex value

Overall, it's a very good place to stay. However, there was an incident during my stay where someone stole the room key from the outside keybox and attempted to enter my room twice in the middle of the night. Despite this, the staff were incredibly helpful and ensured my safety for the remainder of my stay.

The morning of check out sprayed deodorant on and smoke alarm went off. Tried charging me 1k. Fireman even said yeah deodorant will do it mate. Still tried charging me. I just laughed and walked out. Bloke at front desk is rude and really should not work with ppl.

Staff at check in were extremely helpful and polite. Room was clean had everything I needed and view was awesome.

The windows were very dirty on the outside. I spent some time cleaning them myself so my wife could see out the windows better

Greetings. PAPER THIN WALLS. Woken up at 3 am and I was able to hear when ever it was on. Not good for ALL the paying guests. Otherwise it was suitable.

I had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The building felt very safe and secure. It was also quiet and clean(room and surrounding area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location couldn't be more convenient, with shops, restaurants, and major travel routes just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Really great stay. Better than expected and very good price. The service was wonderful and very accomidating, supporting an earlier check in! Pillows were not the most comfortable. Easy walking distance to the tram and main restrants, cafes and bars. Would stay again.

Central to all Glenelg activities. Pleasant hills view from room. Bathroom poor design. Spa bath ok but shower split over to sides and water ran across the floor soaking the bathmat.

Close to everything, staff very friendly & helpful . Could do with some updating ex carpet needs replacing

Very clean comfortable and the spa was amazing cannot fault the facility thanks for a fantastic stay
