Lovely, quiet location right by the river. Local shops are a 5 mins walk away. Nice breakfast set-up where you can sit inside, or outside on a lovely balcony with a few tables.

Excellent property, lovely staff and excellently positioned for what we wanted.

Our room was very small, difficult to move around, however, with nice community areas to relax in, that was a surmountable issue. The breakfast offerings and dining area are very pleasurable.

Staff was fantastic and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was great. Place would have been a 5-star but my wife and I both separately had trouble sleeping both nights due to our mattress (and neither of us are typically very picky sleepers nor any issues at other nightly hotels over the previous 2+ weeks of city hopping). The mattress alone would have turned this in to a negative review if everything else hadn’t been so solid. Chalk this one up to personal preference, I suppose.

Small hotel (villa hotel) with friendly staff, especially night shifts. I would recommend for a quiet stay in Cologne, with views to river.

This hotel is awesome. We stayed in 7 hotels during our road trip and this one is at the very top and is well worth the stay. The hotel is a very modern contemporary 4 star with very comfortable rooms. All the staff i came into contact with were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast top quality. You can park your car right outside the hotel on the street there are no parking machines and free to park. Area is very safe. The hotel is located next to the Rhine and you can see Cologne centre in the distance. It is a 1hr 30 walk along the pictures route. If you don't fancy the walk it is an excellent cycle route. There is a team stop located about 15 minute walk towards the centre. You will need to catch the number 16 or 17. We got a 24 hrs pass with unlimited stops. I would certainly like to visit Cologne again and differently try and book a stay in this hotel. Highly recommended!!
