Terrible mattresses, old and crunchy or something; bad lumpy pillows. No coffee or water in the room. If you want free coffee, you gotta track to the lobby during coffee hours and pay a "resort" fee for the experience.

The hotel is nice especially the lobby area however there were a few things that need improvement. 1. The AC didn't cool the room properly and we had trouble getting the fan to blow. 2. There was no iron or ironing board that most places even Motel 6 provide. We had a steamer but it didn't work well. 3. No coffee in the room. I really don't want to come down to get a cup from the 7th floor. 4. No pool and the gym was puny and not worth using. 5. This was the biggest issue for us there was no laundry room. We were blessed that the Hampton across the street let us use their washer and dryer. All we had to do was insert our debit card. Felix only has a laundry service that's $1 a pound with a $25 minimum. Who has that much laundry on vacation?

Great location, a little outdated with elevators and hallways. Check in and out were easy. Love the fridge and microwave in the room and loved that housekeeping only comes if you request it.

Shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor so shower left water all over floor. Loved the free fruit and coffee!

Convenient. Can stroll to locations within 30 mins. Train 4 blocks away, bus to riverwalk around the corner, restaurants, and the Mile a short walk away.

The property is very convenient, but the rooms are extremely small. Our toilet did not work took forever to flush if you’re on the high floors. Not really no views like they said.

Our room phone didn't work, there was no handset cord. We tried to crack open the window and the glass panel literally came unhinged. There was never anyone working the cafe downstairs. They had free fruit available in the morning, but it was only apples and oranges (the oranges seemed to be old and soft). Directory function in the room TV didn't work, and the TV or remote was so slow it was painful to try and navigate the channels. The standing shower in our room was so shallow the entire bathroom floor got wet. This place wasn't horrible, but it wasn't the nice hotel in the city that I expected. The staff was nice, the lobby is cute, and they have cheap wine at happy hour. Got the job done, but not a 4-star hotel.
