Was ok. No information in the room and cold in the bar/dining area

Our stay was very good room was very clean and freshly aired we did however find. the mattress on the bed to be very firm to the point of being uncomfortable the breakfast room was extremely clean and bright and well organised a credit to the staff the whole building was really clean and well presented the only other item was having to pay to park both our cars even though we were in the same room, how ever I was really please in the overall cost of the room and will hopefully stay again

Very clean, comfortable room and lovely breakfast

Our check in was easy and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable with enough space for the two of us to relax after a long drive. Sainsbury’s supermarket was a two minute walk from the hotel and was open until 10pm so very handy. We were a little bit late to eat dinner but the menu looked really varied and if we’d had time there would have been plenty of options. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice rooms, staff friendly. But the real let down was breakfast: Limited amount of choice, ran out of certain things and not replenished quicley, no jams, choatic seating, watered down fruit juice, cereals strewn across the setving atea, poor quality. Also, i messaged via Expedia to ask if the breakfast sausages were gluten free or not, as my husband is coeliac but never got a response back

Very reasonable room rate with the standard breakfast. No complain

Hotel was nice, clean and staff were friendly. Lovely pub next door which also did food.

For the quality of room I will not be booking this again, the bathroom felt like a cell and the room was very compact. Due to the location of the hotel if you are wanting to go into the city centre I would recommend you drive as you would be doing a 20 minute walk to the train station or getting a £20 uber. The snack space is great and very handy however once again it it overpriced

Was on the third floor it was lovely and quiet and only 5min walk to shops
