Very well located for Versailles

It's a nice hotel, good service, wonderful breakfast! There is a shopping center across the street. The only problem we had - we had to take taxi to the train station to go to Versailles or Paris!

It was ok.

The building looks old from outside - reminds me of an old factory or hospital and seems that the other half is shared with another company. Inside looks fine! There is a very small lobby. We got a room for 3 adults on the 4th floor. The lift is small, enough to fit 3 with small luggages. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a single bed. Interior is clean. Bathroom is quite small. The bathtub doesn't come with a bath mat, so it can be slippery. The shower head is small and water pressure is low - not the best shower I've had, and water leaks to the floor outside the tub. TV is stuck to the wall and cannot be adjusted - we weren't able to access the HDMI port to plug in our Google chromecast, but luckily they have a channel with original audio, in English. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. They helped get my mom into the small lift (for the disabled) down the staircase. However I didn't see one on the back side going to the parking. Was only a few steps down she could manage. Access to the mall was also good! Love that it's in a quiet and clean part of Paris. Definitely will be back in the future.

Excellent welcome on arrival. Modern and clean hotel and rooms. Excellent location on the outskirts of Versailles, but taxi rank outside and bus stop within 2 minutes walk. Westfield offers many good options and across the road. Only suggestion would be to add English language channels!

Carpet in room was very dirty and stained. We had to uss shoes the entire time. Bed mattress was rock hard. Had to use padding from single bed to sleep.

Very nice! We didn't try the breakfast/restaurant but the Parly 2 shopping centre nextdoor was very convenient as was the #1 and 2 busses into the centre of Versailles. We would stay here again!

It was great for the price but you get what you pay for. We originally had 2 nights booked. We found a better hotel in the area for the second night. It has free breakfast and parking if there is space. the hotel needs a good cleaning and really needs to be updated. I love the mall parly 2 is right next to it.

disappointed by the cost of the drinks from the bar

A little run down but staff were friendly and welcoming, the building is being refurbished, no work at the weekend. An issue which should have been made clear no bar facilities during the weekend, however there is a shopping centre with restaurants available. The room was a little dated but clean and useable, spent one night there not sure I would like to spend longer?

We stayed a couple of nights here for a visit to the Palace of Versailles, which is only a short taxi ride away. Nice clean rooms, which looked to be very recently refurbished, and a great breakfast to set us up for the day. Slightly limited for restaurants if you are looking for something within walking distance. We ended up in the shopping mall next door.

Helpful staff and clean rooms. Secure parking. 20 minutes by bus to the centre of Versailles for 2 euros or 15 minutes by car. Good shopping centre 50 metres from the hotel Overall, very pleasant stay.

Poor facilities expensive breakfast

Generally good - I returned to the hotel late one very warm evening and asked a member of staff for some water. Temperatures were in the high 30’s and was questioned why I needed water by a surly looking young woman.

The signs for the parking entrance could have been clearer. No non slip bath mat and no safety bar to hold onto for bath. Otherwise everything good.
