Most of times good. When big groups coming whole experience gets annoying.

This time Hotel full with big group; 50 people doing check-in all together disturbing other guests. Same on lift and breakfast.. They should deal with groups separately from normal guests

Fabulous Hotel, a taste of Luxury, staff were. Brilliant, Food was Fantastic, the hotel was remote 20 mins from Zaragoza, but that wasn’t a problem …..

Enjoyed the full breakfast. Staff was helpful.

All perfect just far from city

Hotel is very good just little far from city center

Check-in took 40minutes. They called at strict check out time to get out as fast as possible with unpleasant remarks "you were supposed to leave 30 minutes ago". Don't forget it has plane noises Early in the morning.

Cristina at reception desk was very helpful

Hotel is very good if you have a car and not much interested to daily Zaragoza city center visits what is quite far..

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The room details are really well thought out. The small ledge under the TV - perfect for keys, the headboard - perfect for phones, I cannot rave enough about the door separating the hallway and the bedroom - so useful when you have a toddler who sleeps more than you want to. The bathroom was huge and so lovely. I loved all the storage. So nice to have a balcony but also with doors that you could completely close it without light coming in. The food in the restaurant was top notch. Service was also the best I have experienced in Spain.

No AC until the summer

The Hotel is great, however for some reason they keep the AC locked and is runed by the office, so you have to call them to make it run. By the way it goes to heating mode every 2 hours. So be ready to sleep with the windows wide open, or not sleep by the phone. Just ridiculous. I am glad they save some money on electricity by guest not staying here ever again.

Good value for the money, parking included, quiet, staff was very nice snd outside of town.

We paid AUD 120 for 1N with breakfast and it’s worth every penny. Beautiful room, decent breakfast, free parking. Perfect for our next destination to Madrid about 16 min drive from beautiful basilica.

While I did check in ahead of arriving, reception were unaware if this, it actually took longer to check us in, than our friend, who had not self checked. Hotel was very quiet, restaurant didn’t tempt us. Large bus party were very noisy in their rooms until very late and started again very early.

Good property
