The room was very outdated, it smelled like an unventilated room, there were cobwebs on the walls, the shower was really small, The picture of the room on the website does not resemble the room we got. The only thing that stood out was the view from the lake in the morning

The room was terrible and dirty. Bathroom was mouldy and extremly dirty, spider webs everywhere, smell. Window view at the wall.

The staff were all very nice, but the property was very tired and in bad need of a total renovation. The restaurant was terrible, but the view are great. The whole place felt like a youth hostel more than a hotel.

Beautiful views, superb and most helpful staff. The hotel is a grand old dame aging gracefully. We enjoyed evenings on the 4th floor terrace.

It was a wonderful afternoon and evening on our way south, and we were struck with the location on the lake.....amazing! The evening meal was disappointing, but nevertheless it did not affect our overall impression of the hotel.

The hotel overlooks the lake, and has an exceptional outside breakfast area with wide ranging views. On arriving at the hotel I realised I'd left my passport at the previous hotel the night before. The receptionist and director couldn't be more helpful and arranged with the previous hotel for them to drop off my passport halfway for me to pick up. Given I was flying out the next morning this was a life saver!

La camera era accogliente ma non così come sembrava nelle foto. Dagli scarichi del bagno salivano odori sgradevoli. La SPA troppo affollata. Abbiamo rinunciato il secondo giorno all'ingresso. Forse non si aspettavano tutte quelle persone, ma atteso che avevano già le prenotazioni potevano mettere qualche cameriere in più nel ristorante e nella sala colazione.

Camere da sistemare troppo datate, pulizia delle camere da migliorare parecchio , mini spa simpatica e personale molto gentile e professionale, cucina eccellente i miei complimenti allo chef . Con poche migliorie diventerebbe un soggiorno da ripetere spesso.

La vista Lago bellissima. Stanza da ristrutturare, però pulita.

Ottima struttura, vicina alla splendida Cascate delle Marmore, personale professionale e disponibile. Il vero punto di forza è però la terrazza con vista sul lago: siamo stati in centinaia di Hotel in luoghi molto belli, ma uno spettacolo del genere è veramente unico. Anche solo la colazione sulla terrazza vale da sola la scelta. Non abbiano trovato difetti.

Pessima struttura. Costo elevato per quello che offre. Bagno puzzolente e vecchio. Non si può pagare una camera al costo di176, descritta a 4 stelle. Deludente al massimo

Nel prezzo di una camera Basic vi era incluso l'accesso al centro benessere dell'Hotel. Con il noleggio di un Kit dal costo di 10 euro potevo quindi accedere a strutture come bagno turco, sauna e vasca idromassaggio. Location molto bella con vista sul lago Piediluco. Unica pecca forse è il parcheggio. Quando l'hotel è pieno non sempre è facile trovare un posto "comodo" per l'auto.

Personale gentile e accogliente...tutto molto bello

Struttura con un bel panorama ma per la colazione non hanno rifornito il buffet di dolci e alle 9,15 non c'era più scelta.

Un esperienza bella ritorneremo di sicuro vi racomando un soggiorno a hotel de lago lo staff molto gentile accogliente e sopratutto la proprieta più una bella vista su lago....grazieee

Das Personal an der Rezeption ist freundlich, kompetent, lösungsorientiert und hilfsbereit. Allerdings gehört die Abgabe der Entfernung des Hotels von Piediluco richtiggestellt. Es sind nich 1,3 km, sondern mindestens 2,5 km.
