Nice staff. The air conditioned is controlled by the staf. You have to tell them if you want more cold of hot air.. The neighborhood is quite and nice.Lot of restaurants nearby.

A little surprised bedrooms were 7 mins walk from reception check in. A bit tricky to find the rooms.

Property was clean and staff friendly- however the AC and heat controlled by front desk. If you wanted no heat and wanted room to cool down - open the window. No laundry service available.

If you drive and need to park your car, I would look elsewhere. And even more so if you're travelling on foot. The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. It's located within a few minutes' drive, but the parking location is very confusing – it's a public car park in a garage under the building, so you have to pay around 12 EUR per night, but the garage itself looks a bit dodgy. The lift would take you to the ground level and then you have to walk to a very confusing entrance. For some reason, it just didn't feel safe, especially late at night. It felt more like an aparthotel than just a normal hotel with reception. I'd only come back if there were no other options. To be fare the administrator provided a map of how to get to the building but it still felt like a quest, and if you are driving a rented car I wouldn't advise going to Parma centre at all, as the Hotel said they can only cover one area of ZTL, if you came to the hotel using a different area, you'll most likely get a fine. The same when you get out – one wrong turn and you can end up in the ZTL area not covered by the Hotel, so I'd call them to clarify the route beforehand. The room was fine, and the building looked like a converted theatre. City centre is only 10 mins walk away.

Its a modest hotel, a little dated in rooms, but staff are good, breakfast good and very close to central area

Everything with the property was good until 8 am Sunday morning house keeping barged into the room while we were sleeping...

Very surprised when I booked this hotel that our actual room was at another facility about 5-7 minute walk away. There was no professional staff at the off-site facility (very limited service) with only a spare towel set available. Had I understood that this was not located at the full-service hotel, I would not have booked the room. Booker Beware and be sure to ask which facility your room is located in.

Nice place and amazing staff

Well located hotel with very nice staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Only issue was with the shower temperature that would alternate from warm to scalding hot without any rhyme or reason on the first two days (didn't seem to happen on the last day of my stay). Overall good experience though and will stay again!

No mention room would be more than 1/4 mile away. Dragging luggage down dark steets at night not comfortable. Key wouldn't work to get into building. Found a nearby restaurant that called desk for us to re-set key card. Would not use them again

service was dreadful. We booked for an address and they shoved us 1/2 mile down the street. Be careful booking this hotel. I will never stay at Ibis again.

Good room but difficult to find

Nice hotel. We were not in the main hotel but in the annex a 5 minute walk away. Big room and big bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff in the main hotel were friendly, helpful and efficient. The carpet outside the room was a disaster. The breakfast for 8 euros was amazing. Plentiful and a good choice of dishes. The dining area was well appointed and very pleasant. I was overall impressed with this Ibis, which is in a different league from the ibis hotels we have stayed in, in London.

The room was very dusty, we could see it accumulating on surfaces. We recommend to clean in a deeper way.
