Everything about the hotel was perfect 👌 10/10

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately weather did not cooperate and Chioggia being mostly a beach town we found it difficult to stay occupied after the first day. Will have to come back during the summer ☀️

Our experience at Hotel Sole was better than we imagined. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend

I cannot recommend this hotel. The DAYTIME front desk people were very nice and friendly. The "triple room" was really a room built for a double bed at best with three beds, a huge wardrobe and a desk in it. There was no room to walk - not even really stand. The A/C was a joke. The room was sweltering. When we asked the night desk clerk about it, he sent someone up who said that the A/C for the entire hotel was not functioning. This was CLEARLY not the case because it was cool to the point of being chilly in the lobby and even the hallways were cool. When I tried to point that out, he shrugged his shoulders and replied, "It is Italy." Not helpful. The other problem we had was with the beach area. Part of this is my fault since I don't speak Italian. We did not get directions on what to do when we arrived as far as getting an umbrella, etc. We waited and looked for someone for about 30 minutes. Finally asked the lifeguard. He pointed out the workers. They were very young. I showed him the ticket we had been given at the front desk. He scoffed and told me that it was only for the pool. He basically threw it back in my face and said it was not for the beach. Turns out the front desk clerk had not given us every ticket we needed. So if you do choose to stay here, make sure they clearly explain to you what you need to do and where you need to go. No beach view as there is new construction in front of the ocean, so the picture does not show reality.

Hotel was great and very nice staff. You need a swimming cap to use the pool which is over the road on the beach. The young attendant is friendly but the older one with shaven head is a real jobsworth, He won't allow you to swim unless you have a swimming cap and says they don't have any so most people go away, the trick is to stay a while and he miraculously finds one after half an hour or so! I saw it happen several times. The children liked the foldaway bunkbeds. The pizzeria opposite was very popular also

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great as you are only 50 meters from the beach. I am very happy to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Venligt og imødekommende personale som hele tiden stod til rådighed for at hjælpe! Fx. var det ikke muligt at få en taxa til at køre os til togstationen, men så tilbød de at personalet kørte os - og vi fik i øvrigt mad med til rejsen. Tak for et dejligt ophold!🙏

Badekappen nicht vergessen, leider ist diese Pflicht für die Benützung des Pools, welcher sich am Strand befindet. Für Italien typisch: alles kostet extra; Parkplatz, Strand. Die Hotelzimmer sind ringhörig, jedoch sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Sivustolla ei kerrottu, että uima allas ei ole hotellilla. Huone oli todella pieni, kuvat antoi ymmärtää muuta, huone oli ahdas. Aamupalalla osa ruuista loppui ennen kello 10 ja aamupala kesti kuitenkin 10:30. Myöhäinen uloskirjautuminen ei ollut mahdollista, mikä oli todella harmi meidän kohdalla kun lento lähti vasta illalla ja huone piti luovuttaa kello 10.

Miellyttävä kokemus. Loistava aamiainen. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Hotel con spazi comuni nuovi, ben tenuti e puliti. La nostra camera era basic , pulita ..bagno un po datato ma pulito. Discreta la colazione , con possibilità di guastarla anche su un bel terrazzo. Personale gentile e disponibile..buona soluzione per un soggiorno breve e di passaggio come il nostro in cui sostanzialmente avevamo necessità solo di dormire

Die Lage von dem Hotel war super, drei Minuten vom Strand entfernt! Der Service war auch besonderes hilfsbereit. Alles war mit einbezogen, Frühstück sowie die Liegeplätze am Strand. Super Freundliche Mitarbeiter und das Frühstück war auch Top

Toller Service, sehr sehr nette Begrüßung am Empfang. Zu empfehlen für schöne Strandtage.

Bon hôtel avec un beau petit déjeuner, mais les murs entre les chambres sont peu acoustiques. Dommage car dans l'ensemble nous n'avons rien d'autre à reprocher.

Hotel muy viejo, necesita una muy buena renovacion. La luz al apagarla por las noches hacia ruido y quedaba con un dejo de luz muy suave que molesrava enormemente. Cabina de ducha minuscula. Piscina no podias poner tu cabeza dentro del agua si no tenias gorro de natacion. Positivo: bien ubicado,desayuno excelente y personal muy amable.
