We only stayed here one night, but we liked that we could walk to the palace and one of the cathedrals. The neighborhood felt more local and not very touristy.

Clean & excellent housekeeping. Restaurant in hotel makes a big difference; close to Plaza Mayor & bus access just around the corner. 1.50 euro takes you to La Latina, plaza mayor & on the other side to plaza España, gran via.

The hotel is conveniently located. They have a cafeteria that served lovely food. The room was spacious and beautiful.

Great location, besides the metro, Gran Via minutes on the metro. Hotel very modern, staff lovely, room's lovely, i just had an overall great stay.

If you book your room via any 3rd party site and not directly with the hotel, then hotel does not provide water as a welcome for its guest. No coffee machine or kettle in the room either. The room was quite small and the bed was not very comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Puerto de Toledo. It had a very convenient location and kind, attentive staff! We woukd definitely stay again!
