You have to walk around 750 m from nearest metro. Hotel is situated on a clean area and is on yhe main road. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helpful and receptionist was available late evening also. Wash cabin in washroom was so small that little obese person will get stuck. In summer time when I travelled, the airconditioner was not working well and we swet the entire night.

The staff were good, spoke good english, it was hard to find the hotel. It is way off the highway.

We stayed there from 11-13 of July, the hotel is clean, staff is good and helpful, the area is safe and has the metro station like a 5 minute walk. The only reason I am giving this score is because the AC and small fridge did not work properly and my son has refrigerated medicine that he needs ro take. I talked to the staff and they could not do anything for us. If you don’t mind a warm room and don’t use the fridge you are good.

A ‘double bed’ room is just two single frames shoved together with two separate mattresses and bedding. Each night/morning you wake up falling down between the two.

I rarely write reviews. My main reason for writing this review is the hotel didn't have Wifi working in the building during my stay - it's 2025! I didn't travel with data so expected / needed WiFi to plan for my early morning departure. Other complaints include that the walls b/n rooms were paper thin, AC barely worked, and the shower leaked water on the bathroom floor.

Staff were helpful, our room was clean but we run out of shampoo, we have to ask the front desk for one. We stayed for one night.

The wall is too thin, we could often hear noise from the corridor. The room is way too warm and we found no way to turn down the temperature. The free breakfast is okay not great.

Good rooms excellent decor .good breakfast and staff at reception very helpful.a good 3 star property but no entertainment pool or gym.on good transport route to loretto and babilo and doumo .good for sight seeing.

I coudnt get boiling water from any member of staff so i didnt drink my evening tea, thats really wird that in 4 star hotel you dont have acces to boiling water, not a happy customer, overall all good, hotel is really clean and well meitened.

Very kind, room was very comfortable, and affordable, right next to the underground station so I was able to get around the city easily.

Worth of money. Good location. 5 minutes to metro, 20 minutes to Duomo direct metro line. Easy parking.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Airconditioning can be a bit more powerful. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety (hot and cold). It's a bit of walk from the closest Metro, but overall it was okay.

Poor selection of breakfast and no matter what time you get there, a lot of containers are already empty and the staff does not replace them in due time, unless they are asked by the customers, very small bathroom with fixed shower head only, old furniture and carpets, thin walls so you can hear everything from the room next door. Overall: definitely not a 4 stars hotel (maximum 2 stars)
