Front desk staff members were very helpful.

Location was a little far from the key action points, but was very easy to get cabs.

Very nice hotel within walking distance of attractions, museums, historical area etc plus good selection of restaurants, cafes and small shops close by. Helpful and friendly staff team and a small but nice bar in the lobby area. Perfect for our city sightseeing weekend 🙌

The hotel was very clean but a little dated. The staff was excellent. I wish we had stayed a little closer to the downtown shops on Calle Mayor, but it was still walkable. Overall, a very nice stay.

Pleasant stay, comfortable bed and amplespace in room, which was very clean and tidy with nice modern bathroom. The breakfast was ample and decent variety. I only dissatisfaction was that I was meeting friends from the USA during the day and there were no facilities to purchase coffee or tea or any snacks at all but would recommend a hotel and would stay there again. The hotel is nice replaced with walking distance of the old town and the port.

Large but dated rooms. Area is good. Staff is very helpful even though they have limited people.

We arrived before normal check-in time with the intent of asking to just drop our backpacks until later in the day. However, the front desk staff, without prompting found an available room and checked us in early. This allowed us to securely stow our bags, freshen up, and head out to explore for the rest of the day.
