The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!

Excellent option for stay. Beautiful area, terrific rooms, service. I had a change of plans requiring late check in, staff coordinated with me, and made check in seamless.

Amazing hotel in the perfect location. We absolutely loved the spa and rooftop pool, all of which was done with great care. Well, this hotel gets my highest five star rating, and I highly recommend it to others, my two minor suggestions would be to have foldable luggage racks in the rooms and to allow individual guests to regulate the temperature of the rooms as ours was at a toasty 24.7°C, and we were unable to change it. Again, highly highly recommend this place and we plan to come back.

Great breakfast and spa area! Rooms were okay, it was carnival when I stayed there so it was very noisy - this was probably just bad luck

We truly enjoyed the hotel as the dinners were all exceptional and the spa and pool were really upscale and modern. We had a very big room with 2 bedrooms, and the hotel is kept immaculate. Would recommend for a few days of rest and relaxation. The ski region also not far, 15mn drive ..

We stayed here 1 night on our honeymoon. The biggest problem w the hotel was the place is freezing cold at night and the heat can only be turned on by a tech that goes home. So if you are cold you are cold all night. The outside jacuzzi is not heated and the pool is like warm at best. Then at checkout they changed the price of the stay on me. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very nice, facilities and room amazing, it is also very clean. Most I loved the both spas of the hotel and I have no words for the restaurant, the food is just splendid, probably some of the best menus I ever had! Can't wait to return to this beautiful hotel!
