Good hotel. Lovely spacious bedroom. Breakfast very good. I little out of centre but worth it.

​This hotel has a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The lobby has a pleasant smell. It's not too far from the city center, and if you enjoy walking, breakfast excellent, I highly recommend this hotel.

A little far from old porto still walkable

Toilet was broken, sink was leaking water, the shower was open one side and had water leaking out. There is a cemetery as the view, the elevator and lobby was extremely loud. The staff were not friendly and wouldn't greet us when walking by.

Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast buffet was very fresh and was attended too throughout the breakfast hours. Lobby smelled nice. Shower had good pressure. I also loved the windows opened out a few inches for fresh air. Good location to food and shopping

The little things … No ice machine The card reader on the vending machine didn’t work. The bathroom door is glass (frosted but with clear streaks going through)… when my daughter was in there we couldn’t answer the door. Initially the bathroom door didn’t even close all the way … after a few calls they came up and fixed it.

Easy to reach from airport via Casa Musica tram station. Although not close to main Ribeira tourist area was easy to access , an ideal base for a short city break to visit anywhere on the tram network and would return.

First place I stayed in Porto on a 15-day trip for wedding. This hotel is in a great location close to shopping and some dining, metro stops close. Casa do Musica, Carolinas Michaelis metro stops are within walking distance but cab large luggage, cobblestones and narrow street combined with constant construction reduces the commute. Walking is sometimes difficult between metro stations, this is a good location that allows for access to necessities and bar/food in the hotel. Would have stayed here the entire trip but had to go to Braga for a few days.

Average hotel, no restaurants so that was a little inconvenient.

This hotel is a lovely location in Porto. About a 20 min walk to the waterfront area. We had a car so needed a place with parking and the parking here was excellent. It’s adjacent to a little mall and food court. The room was large and clean. The staff were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very good location, though not in the city center. Excellent property. Wonderful breakfast.

Really good stay, clean room and close to everything

Great stay at HF Fenix - a little bit further away from Porto centre but it was quick and cheap to get taxis when we needed. We had a really spacious triple room which was perfect for our group. Breakfast at the hotel was really good, and only a few minutes away was the Mercado Bom Sucesso which I'd highly recommend.

Para todos mis reviews siempre utilizo tres aspectos fundamentales: A. Ubicación, B. Servicio, C. Relación precio/calidad. A. Ubicación: Esta vez elegimos quedarnos cerca del Mercado do Bom Sucesso, y fue un acierto. Justo al lado hay opciones para comer, un centro comercial y varias líneas de autobús. La estación de metro Casa da Música queda a 7 minutos caminando. Desde la estación de tren de Porto Campanhã, tardamos 25 minutos en metro hasta el hotel. B. Servicio: El personal fue amable y claro durante el check-in. Nos guardaron el equipaje mientras esperábamos la hora de entrada y nos orientaron sobre lugares cercanos para comer. C. Relación precio/calidad: Las habitaciones son amplias, silenciosas y muy cómodas. Cuentan con restaurante, bar, un desayuno muy completo y gimnasio. Todo por un precio muy razonable. Large room, well airconditioned, very comfortable beds. The three twin ben layout was excellent. Very close to grocery store, coffee, shopping.

Enjoyed a good stay.
