To far of a walk to downtown Amalfi . If they had a transport van it would have been perfect , great staff, friendly, I would stay there again

Excellent accommodations, friendly courteous and the meals were excellent. This was the first trip of many that we ate most of our dinners in the hotel where we stayed. Chef Daniel who is also the owner is an excellent chef, the food top shelf quality with garden grown ingredients and 5 star presentation.

I thought the two people who were working the front desk during our stay were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. They were so attentive and helpful throughout the entire stay. Our overall experience in Amalfi was great in large part due to this hotel.

We loved everything about the property We just wish they also provided transportation but we understand But everything was else wonderful. ❤️Wonderful Service with big smiles every day

What a wonderful experience! Everyone is super friendly and kind. My room was clean, breakfast was great, and dinner was outstanding! Special shoutout to Elia, Affonso and the 2 guys at the front desk. They were very professional, attentive, gracious and kind. From breakfast, to showing us how to get to neighbouring towns, places of interest and even halting a bus! We were so well looked after. Thank you for making our holiday so special and memorable!

Hotel La Pergola was extremely charming. The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the view from their dining terrace is incredible. Highly recommend!!

Loved it staff amazing food service

Great, quaint hotel, 20 min walk to Amalfi town center, bus stop right in front of it. Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful, spacious rooms. Great restaurant on site. Had dinner there 3 times out of 5 days that we stayed, so so so good. Highly recommend it.

It was a great base for exploring the coast. The staff are very friendly, plenty of dinner options if you don't get your fill of pasta or seafood during the day. Filling breakfast to get you going too. The walk to the port in Amalfi is mostly downhill, the bus back up stops right in front of the hotel.

My best friend and I stayed here for 6 days, and didn’t want to leave. It’s up above the Mediterranean with a beautiful view! The bus comes by about every 30 minutes and can take you into the main part of town within 10 minutes, or to other places along the Amalfi coast for a very small price. Breakfast is free with a variety of choices. Nightly dining is available on the rooftop terrace and the food is excellent. Private balconies, breathtaking views, and one can stroll through the lemon groves on the property. Excellent service, professional and friendly staff, very nice rooms with refrigerators and air conditioning. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is quiet, Just a beautifully maintained historical property. I give it 5 stars. We’ll be back.

Rather hard mattresses, bathroom sink blocked room 2, surprised to be charged €10 for parking. Breakfast was cold but manager helped with microwave.

This was by far the best place we stayed at in Europe. Hospitality second to none. Friendly accomadting staff from reception to dining. Rooms are gorgeous, we had a beautiful view. The dining was delicious. We did the lemon experience cooking tour whuch was wonderful. Convenient bustop right outside to go to Amafi town or opposite way to Sorento/ Positano. The walk to the town is close and easy too. We absolutely loved our stay. Cant recommend it enough!

Staff super helpful and friendly. Room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and plentiful. Dinner very good. Location great for visiting other towns and sites. A+ for all. Antonio great at providing our drinks.

Grate staff, grate kitchen with specials every day. Full bar on roof top Pergola with amazing views. Property is a 30min walk to Amalfi port/marina with lots of restaurants and shopping. A big shoutout to Antonio, Victor and Ellie, these are the staff that I remember the names, but everyone was super attentive and nice.

Clean quiet

The condition of the hotel is excellent; it is clean, modern and well maintained. Staff, including Salvatore at the desk and Antonio in bar and dining room are professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and dinner we had one night was also very good. There is a bus stop right at the front door of the hotel which is good. The only downside to the location is that there is not that much close to the hotel to provide other dining or shopping options. Many patrons of the hotel do walk to other venues but the road on which the hotel is located (the main road) is somewhat dangerous for pedestrians IMO. One caution: taxis are expensive in and around Amalfi and the drivers will take advantage of any tourist or situation they come upon; ask the price before you get in the cab and don’t waiver or show weakness; you will be victimized.

The most beautiful place we stayed at on our trip. Very affordable, loved all the fresh lemon the bar tender made the best Limencillo spritz’s we had the entire trip!

Our hotel visit was fabulous! It is set on a mountain side looking down at the water and amongst a beautiful surroundings in the mountains! The service was amazing and in the restaurant the food was outstanding! We would stay again!

This is a wonderful property with a very pleasant staff. Rooms are nice but showers are small. They offer a great breakfast and its easy by bus to get to the Center. I would stay there again.
