Walking distance to many sites and restaurants.

Thin walls between rooms Had a lamp which was faulty, twice had to request bulb be changed , finally lamp was replaced. Also, wall outlet nearest bed was not functioning. Lack of elevator meant lugging my very heavy suitcase up two flights of stairs.No coffee maker in room , should be a given in hotel rooms these days .

Convenient location , great price, helpful staff, spotless

Room was small but spent little time in room so it served our purpose. Mattress and pillows were very hard. Room and hotel were clean. Hotel located in good area to get around Toledo.

The entire process ... location, staff, accommodation ... was superior and more than expected. It is in a dead end with only 3 metered parking spaces, but, having arrived late afternoon, we were fortunate to find a space and pay for the few remaining hours prior to 8 pm after which there was no fee until late the next morning. We did not need the car since we could walk virtually everywhere in this lovely city. Only wish we had had more days to spend in Toledo.

We loved the cleanliness the quietness and the price. We weren't so keen on the fact that entry after 10.30 was by key card and as these are very unreliable we were concerned we wouldn't be able to get in although they did leave you an emergency number. If you are looking for clean, very reasonably priced quiet accommodation 5 minutes manageable climb to the square with no airs and graces then look no further

I absolutely would have given this hotel a better review if their internet was more reliable. The junior suite room was very nice--big room and clean, with a lovely terrace at a great price. However, not only were you required to sign in to the internet every 30 minutes (which I knew from reading previous reviews and assumed would not be a problem), even when when you were connected to the wifi, everything loaded slowly and both nights that we were there the internet just stopped working after about 11:00pm. Even as a traveler who doesn't use the internet much while on vacation, this caused problems just trying to book out next hotel, looking at train times, and emailing family. Also, while booking the hotel I wasn't very familiar with the layout of Toledo. If I had been, I might have booked a hotel higher up on the hill.

Very friendly staff and great location and view from the window. Easy public car park around and free for Saturday afternoon.

Everything about my short stay in Toledo was first class the City itself is amazing, and every aspect of hotel so added to a marvelous experience Great price, spotlessly clean, superb location and easily the most helpful staff I have come across I would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent for sightseeing approx 5 mins away,room clean and comfortable , a fridge would be good as would a kettle ,having said that we would stay again in the area staff were friendly and helpful

Great location and close walk to all attractions. Toledo is a beautiful place and this hotel met all of our needs, located directly in the heart of the city near the alcazar and amazing views!

Very glad we booked the jr suite as it is in the rear of hotel, making it much quieter than had it been on the front side. Two floors--no lift. Wifi not totally reliable & I was told due to "security", each/every time the service dropped off, had to sign in again with a very long password--must be a better way to handle wifi!

The hotel is only 12 minutes walk from bus station and 20 minutes from train station. That's pulling luggage not normal walking pace. The staff is friendly. My room was cute and clean with a very nice view. The location is good but I did a fair amount of walking to see the sites. The Internet is horrible. The system kicks you off every 30 minutes or so. I was working on a project and I was frustrating to need to keep relogging in. Also the bathroom smelled like methane. I think it was coming from the pipes so I plugged all the drains which helped with the odor, but it wasn't pleasant.

Excellent reception, very helpful and welcoming. Close to the center and main attractions. Beautiful view, clean and cosy room, comfortable bed. Thanks a lot to the staff!

Great stay...really friendly and helpful hotel staff..easy transport acess to Madrid

The hotel is located right in the old city of Toledo. It is right by the Sol gate and is five minutes away from the Bisagra gate. The rooms are really clean and recently renovated. The bathroom in the room has a modern equipment, though it is packed somewhat densely. IIRC there is only one floor, but there is no elevator. So if you have trouble getting up stairs make sure you get one of the rooms on the ground floor during booking. The reception is only manned till 10pm, so it can be a problem if you arrive late. There is breakfast, (not included in the room price) though it is really basic. And getting to the parking can be really difficult in a larger vehicle, though the hotel staff is helpful. In short, I think it is a very good deal for the price, but keep in mind the disadvantages listed above.

We enjoyed the stay in general. It's just a little hard for us to drive around since we're not accustomed to drive in the mountains or hill road. Everything else were great.
