Overall good. The curtain and blinds in the living room, which is used as a bedroom with a sofa bed, needs replacing. The sofa bed is not very comfortable either. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I am giving this as feedback so that they can improve these couple of things to make it even better. Rest was excellent. Very good communication from Naomie before the visit. They provided an extra bed at no extra cost. One of the most welcoming team greeted us as soon as I arrived. Corina and other team members, including the manager, were very polite and helpful. Service was excellent throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay.

Fantastic property with exceptional customer service. Corina is an absolute professional host and makes you feel at home immediately upon arrival. The rooms are very bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is an absolute dream with everything included from fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese board, pastries, omelets, coffee and juice.. you will not leave hungry :) Highly recommend Maison Lamartine! Where do we start?! What an incredible hotel. This was our first holiday with our five-month old baby and we were looked after wonderfully. The travel cot and baby bath were perfect, with a lovely kitchenette as well. Our baby was even given a little teddy bear as a gift! We have named him Hugo (after Hugo Lloris!). On our final day, even though we checked out at 11, the hotel allowed us to use their facilities for the rest of the day until our flight that evening. So very helpful! We can’t say enough kind things. We would love to come back, and we have recommended it to everyone - Merci!

Amazing property and hospitality! 10/10

I wanted to describe my amazing stay at Maison Lamartine so that anybody traveling to Nice will be advised of this most wonderful establishment. As soon as I arrived, the staff met me outside to take in my luggage and suggest a nearby parking garage where I was given a special rate for parking with in-out privileges. Every single staff member was so inviting and kind. They left personalized handwritten greeting cards for my arrival and for Valentine’s Day, and the room was stocked with coffee, wine, water, and candy. The staff really made my experience customized and personal. As for the room itself, I chose the Executive Apartment which had more space than you can imagine. I prepped food, coffee and wine in the kitchen and watched TV nightly in the living room. The bedroom was bigger than my entire apartment in San Francisco, and the bathroom was very clean and large with enough space for my things. As for the location, you could not beat it. There was a grocery store a few blocks in one direction and other shops and cafes at your footsteps. Although sad to leave, I will most definitely return for a longer period of time. Most important was the staff made the experience so wonderful. I will recommend everybody coming to Nice to stay at Maison Lamartine. Thanks to all of you - merci beaucoup !

Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good.

Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The service we received was exceptional, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Katrina, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our unit was cozy and comfortable, and the property's location was perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and the tram station.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Miason Lamartine, everyone was very nice and the location is excellent, many places to eat and shop. We were able to experience France and its culture. We recommend staying here if you are a foreigner and want to enjoy French culture.

Lovely little boutique hotel. Spent three nights there in September 2024. Great location and the staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Good room size and very comfortable and quiet.

This property is a beautiful old building, well maintained. Very good location, safe and it has a full kitchen .

We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning in the lovely courtyard and was served by a lovely hostess. Our bed was firm yet comfortable. We liked how charming the old world French decor was. Loved the walk ability and beautiful (but busy) neighborhood. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find as there are no easy to spot signs. There is only paid street parking. Although we arrived on a Sunday, left to pay for our parking after dropping off our bags, only to find out Sunday was free. They should have let us know. Room was small but functional. We were only there for one night.

Service could not have been better! Awesome instructions to get there, super helpful host. Just great!

This is a rare jewel of a property within easy walking distance from Gare Nice Ville Train Station - yet just far enough from the nuisances surrounding transportation hubs. Easy walking distance to Nice beach, dining and shopping experiences. Beware that taking the Regional Trains - no reserved seating - to nearby locations such as Eze Sur Mer and Monaco Monte-Carlo are fraught with extreme over crowding and less than congenial human behaviors.

Great for our family 6 night trip. Very friendly staff and great for access to Nice and close for the Train and Tram lines.
