The staff is willing to help, however the overall tidiness and cleanliness of the hotel rooms is disappointing, also the hotel gives a creepy vibe.

I must say the room was spacious, and it had a very romantic feeling. The staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for any couple that is looking for comfortable beds, nice showers and cold rooms.

Beautiful clean property, with canals on both sides. Nice green courtyards and trees, good food and service:) Close to the train and amenities. Room very nice, updated yet still classic Venice. Highly recommend, we would definitely stay here again!

Very unique! Short walk to the train station, which was great with heavy bags. Breakfast was excellent out on the garden overlooking the Canal

Nice boutique hotel with friendly staff

The staff was excellent and took care of us well. We were only there a short time but will be going back soon. When we do, we will be staying at this hotel again.

Staff were kind but the ground floor room next to the reception ( room 10 ) was incredibly noisy during the night. There was also significant overhead noise from the room above.

What a charming place to stay in Venice! It was in a great location close to the train station. Our room overlooked a canal and was very large with a great bathroom! The staff was incredibly helpful … we loved our stay here!

Everything was great. The breakfast, the staff the garden and service were amazing. Only thing was the bathroom with glass walls and door. No privacy. But everything else was great. Our room had a door to the garden that was very nice. I would come back and recommend

Nice hotel but breakfast very over priced

Ca' Nigra is the best. Mia and Narcisso at the desk are wonderful, they had great suggestions. The hotel is an oasis and off the beaten path: quiet, great rooms, and literally the only green spot that I saw in Venice. You have your own private rose garden on the grand canal! Truly a fabulous stay.

This lovely hotel on the Grand Canal, looks like something out of The Secret Garden. It has its own private pier! The breakfast is lovely, spectacular coffee and croissants. Our room was incredible large and beautiful, with a sitting area, two large closets, and a roomy bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The room was enormous by European standards. We found the lighting was finicky, especially in the bathroom. It was difficult for my husband to shave, and for me to apply makeup. Our one recommendation would be a safety mat in the tub/shower. It is a step-in tub and very high. The bottom was slippery so we kept a small towel in there. Staff was gracious and always ready to help!
