Nice and clean.

We loved our room with the exception of quite a few ants chose to join us in our room. The amazing location and views made up for it. The pool is great and the breakfast was a great start to the day.

First time in northern Italy. Lovely location and lovely convenient spot. Room was as expected, clean and fresh. Lovely staff and very helpful. Great place to stay and base myself and hopefully will return one day.

Great location, short walk to lakefront where there are lots of dining options. The hotel borders Sarnico, it's a short walk across the bridge. The hotel room was dated but had a good sized terrace. Pool area is nice with views of the lake.

Quick stay on Iseo - staff , pool , (lifeguard ) sleep quality all Excellent ! Breakfast wasn’t half bad either :)

A very relaxing stay at a perfectly location in a very nice hotel and complex, excellent location on tge lake near to plenty of restaurants and the towns of paratico and sarnico.

massive car park underneath. close to lake shore. easy walk into town.

THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING AND ACCOMODATING THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THE SHOWER OVER THE BATH AS IT LEAKED THROUGH THE SHOWER SCREEN BUT WATER HOT AND PLENTIFUL

We were only here for 2 night, on a short business trip, though the hotel is in a good position in Paratico, overlooking Lake Iseo - I would certainly recommend booking a room with a Lake view ( which we didn't ! ), as it's one you'll not get bored with ! Our room was overlooking the hotel front, though was still pretty quiet, and a very generous size, & comes with Free underground parking. One criticism, in it looks like they have catered for Brexit already, is that there are no UK TV stations, not even a News Channel, though 100's of EU / Shopping ones ! Breakfast is lovely, with Hot & Cold food available ( try the honeycomb...delicious & addictive ! ), so a good start to any day. As a business trip, we didn't get much free time, though we spent a few hours walking around the Lake surrounds and town centre, which are lovely. The Ulivi doesn't have a restaurant, though we would certainly recommend one of the neares, Ristorante Pizzeria L'Approdo, serving some lovely seafood & steak - we went both nights, & spoiled ourselves, though you can go simple if needed, as the pizza looked nice ! We hope to make a return visit to the ara some time later this year, & would have no hesitation in staying here again, though will certainly pick a room with a view next time !
