This was an amazing hotel! Large, well appointed newly renovated rooms and great facilities. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location is excellent. It is in the old town but very close to parking and also close to roads to get taxis. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the centre of Granada, Rapha is super helpful at Reception, room are spotless cleaned.

The hotel was in a good location. However, unfortunately, our room was next door to some construction work taking place. The hotel was able to provide some compensation when we raised this issue.

You advertise a beach club and there isn’t one sold to ne in false pretences, I’m so angry that you misold this to me. Tge public need to know ti uh are not honest !!

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. View from the pool rooftop was fantastic. Only issue was the shower/bath didn’t drain very well and it smelt when the water was backing up which was such a shame because everything else was great.

This renovated gorgeous hotel is right in the middle of the city center shopping so it’s very quiet at night after the shops close at 9. The tile in the shower is gorgeous and the roof top swimming pool/relaxing area is to die for! There are many options on the roof to sit as well as a honesty bar with soda, ice, beers/liquor. The rooms are huge for Europe and the AC is cold! Bed was also so comfy. I hope to come back someday. About a 10 minute walk to everywhere!

The hotel was well located. Room was very comfortable and the staff was great. They went the extra mile when there was an issue with air conditioning and brought us a portable air conditioning for our room and the problem was quickly resolved. The laundry service was also very convenient! They wash, dry and fold your clothes for 35 euros. The breakfast was also great!

Swimming pool was nice especially after a very hot day at the Alhambra ! We had a double room with big terrace. Terrace wonderful but the room was very small . Breakfast nice but cooked food was cold. There are no lids on the hot plates so air conditioning makes it cool le

What an amazing place, right in the centre. Brilliant location. Staff really friendly and the rooftop pool and bar was a real bonus. We would definitely return and recommend to others.

Very clean and comfortable. Walkable to most shopping areas and tourist attractions. We used the city bus to go to Alhambra, took 10 mins. Highly recommended.

The Room Mate Granada is very comfortable, and the location is perfect. An easy walk to major sites, restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The roof top pool and deck are a great and welcome amenity too.

There were several guests che king ay the same time and only one clerk available. A guest who already checked in tried complaining while the clerk was checking in those who were waiting. The irate guest continued to complain and the clerk raised his voise telling her to wait. On Saturday i asked about cab service the next day and told there was no issue. I returned Sunday to request a cab and was told none were available due to a marathon. This would have been nice to know the day before. The pool area is comprised of 4 decks. The first contain chairs in a shaded area, ut unuable if you want to lounge. The second is up more than a dozen stairs. It is composed ouf a couch and a couple chairs, but without shade. Up another 10 or more stairs is the sun deck. This has 2 unbrellas and 4 lounge chairs to lie on and 6 chairs to sit on. If you are there by 1000 to get an umbrella you cant stay long due to the heat. Up 6 more stairs is pool. It is 3m x 3m x 60cm. Not large enough for 4 people. I was underwhelmed by the hotel.
