Average property, could need to improve beds.

The hotel has a great location. The room we booked was in the basement. We upgraded as it was frankly dreadful. However the front of hotel room which cost us another 200 euros was a great deal better for our 10 day stay. It was a bit pokey and the bed was small and uncomfortable. Location wise it is good for the beach and shops etc, but get the right room!

One night stay on a long journey right on seafront and close to town centre so an excellent place for a short stay.

Simple but very pleasant stay

The hotel is rather typical of 2-3* places to stay, small room, relatively hard bed, and a bit noisy. The check-in went smoothly and the hotel was clean. The location is excellent if you want to be on the Playa Torre del Mar within walking distance of beach-side restaurants and cafes. The accommodations are priced about right for the quality.

I only really required a room for sleeping as I was spending the day with friends. The room selected was very small but adequate for my needs. It was clean with good aircon. The resort is largely for Spanish customers so there was a language issue but it did not impact my stay. The location was great being just yards from the beach.

The room we were given on arrival was in the basement next to the laundry Was dark and tiled walls to mask the damp when we complained we were given a different room but had to pay extra... despite the hotel being far from full

Just a quick day and night while getting our car worked on. Staff, room and location are great for the price. Had suggested they get the private hot tub on the rooms terrace operating in the winter as it would have been wonderful to enjoy the sea and the rain from the heated jacuzzi which is under cover from the rain. We'd have been happy to pay a surcharge to use it as I am sure the electric charge is high to keep it heated.

visiting friends and relatives in the area, hotel was a good base clean and cheerful at a good price. And sea views as well. breakfast is simple continental style but second day no cereal was available they had run out and had not replenished stocks. no restaurant facilities at hotel but a very good choice near by and the ones we tried were excellent food.

Love this hotel - been a few times now. Small - very friendly - lovely breakfast, very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel highly. Will be booking again for sure !

Nice hotel, conveniently situated, right on the beach surrounded by good restaurants and cafes, all reasonably priced. Also easy to find and handy for travelling along the coast. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Not much choice for breakfast if you take the inclusive package but if you want to purchase something else it's very reasonable. All over a good place to stay.

The hotel location is superb. On the sea front! The staff were exceptionally helpful. Very pleasant. The room was very clean, serviced each day of my stay. The amenities were really good. Torre del Mar is a superb location for exploring the surrounding area!
