We only stayed one night, But was very impressed with the hotel hospitality and the dinning! Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. This beautiful town in Italy has so much to offer. Will definitely recommend and return.

Cool stay, food can be improved.

nice well located hotel just walk a few minutes to the Center...the room is spacious! The Staffs are helpful , served well for breakfast!

Hotel is very centrally located and has all the amenities a good hotel should have. The view of the alps from the balcony was superb. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Staff was extremely helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is an easy walk from the bus stop. The breakfast buffet was delicious.

The man on the counter was quite abrupt as we seemed to be disturbing him from the tv. room was clean but no air con and I think it's a 3 star at best definitely not 4. breakfast was good however and the girl on reception the next morning was much better

This hotel was top end in every way. We would have stayed longer than one night if possible. Not only did we enjoy the hotel but it is located in a nice little town in a wonderfully scenic environment.

Hotel that exceeded or expectations. Stayed here for the nights, this hotel offers clean rooms, an amazing spa centre and gorgeous food especially dinner. Will surely visit again. My only downside was the coffee at breakfast which some of the worst we had during our holiday in Italy.

This is a beautiful old hotel in the heart of Bormio. It has convenient access to both the Bormio Terme baths and to a pizzeria that has very good food. The staff at the hotel was very helpful, and were able to use English to communicate, since my Italian is minimal. This was the best hotel that I stayed at in my three weeks in Italy, I would recommend it in a heartbeat.

A warm, friendly welcome from the staff. Anything we asked for they provided.Would go back for a longer stay and the view from our room was fantastic !!!

We undertook a the week trip around Europe, taking in lots of places, this hotel ranked among the best, as did Bormio itself. I strongly recommend a summertime visit, if nothing else, it's worth it just for the Stelvio Pass.

La actitud de recepcionista que posteriormente se presentó como director fue lamentable. Invitándonos a irnos del hotel por un contratiempo de posibilidad de cambio de habitación. Llego a empujarnos y con aptitud agresiva.

Camera per due px davvero piccola, parcheggio un po' complicato nel retro hotel con un'auto grande. Per il resto bene la pulizia, l'accoglienza del personale e la colazione. Ottima la posizione fronte Terme. Belle e confortevoli le aree a terrazza.

abbiamo soggiornato presso questo hotel a metà ottobre. Un po’ vecchiotto ma ben tenuto e soprattutto pulito! Ottima anche la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile

Sono stato solo poche ore, ho trovato personale accogliente, struttura pulita, buona posizione, bella la stanza, ottima colazione.
