Very neat,tidy hotel!

Great stay

Not as described. Don’t go by the photos. The rooms are extremely small. We had the double twin room & in the photos there was distance between the two beds. When we arrived there was no distance between beds & they were together, making a queen. The staff was for the most part accommodating, except one extremely rude & insulting lady at the front desk. I personally, would not return to this hotel in the future.

the room was great. Extremely clean. Loved that both parking and breakfast were free. the breakfast was amazing. best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. I was stunned when I walked into the breakfast area. white linen table cloths. silverware etc. Food selection was outstanding, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread. I would love to visit and stay there again.

Very nice cosy place, very clean, friendly staff, free basic Mini bar (water, coke and lemonade, muesli bar. not evening food available, but there is a communal bar next to the reception, walking distance to shops and restaurants

Nice, clean, quiet, friendly and well-located hotel about 10 min walk from centre of Walldorf. Great sauna too.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff as very helpful in finding things nearby. It was helpful that they spoke English. The room was small, but very clean and orderly. The breakfast was amazing, really the breakfast was worth the price of the hotel stay. We stay at a lot of hotels and try not to spend more than $100/night. This one was one of the best for the price point.

Originally staying for one night and decided to stay for two nights, staff very helpful and friendly and hotel very comfortable and pleasant, breakfast was excellent and would definitely recommend staying here. 👍😁

Awesome staff. Modestly-size but quite adequate and delicious breakfast buffet. Clean, and located close to "downtown" Walldorf.

It’s a lovely hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Only downside is the elevator shuts down between 10 pm and 7:00 am. Tasty breakfast, nice service.

Air conditioning wasn't working; with 86+ degree nights, it was not fun. Water temperature in shower fluctuated unpredictably. German-only options for TV channels. Poor in-room dining options. Service, however, was exceptional.

Booked hotel and upon arrival was greeted by a rude worker wondering why we were checking in late. Gave us a room with two single beds even though when booking we made it clear we were on our honeymoon and had booked a queen bed. Got moved to a room with queen bed and the air conditioning didn’t work. When we told the worker she said give it a while and it might turn on. We then asked for ice to put our champagne on and was given maybe 6 cubes. The staff is not helpful the beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable and the ammemtities don’t work including the air conditioner and the refrigerator. I do not recommend staying here if you can help it.

Fantastic hotel... Very nice rooms, clean and tidy. WiFi was good, breakfast was great and check in/check out were effortless! the complimentary drinks and snacks were also very nice!

It is my first time travelling to Germany with my wife. We booked this hotel bearing in mind a few minimum requirements (as we do with all our hotels). Queen/double bed, wifi, cleanliness and car park. This were all part of the descriptions of the room we booked at Astralis. Instead we were given a room with two single beds and no wifi (which was an issues the hotel was aware for days). When asked about the bed situation I was told we were the last to check in hence no other room available, which I don't think is acceptable when the description of the room I booked was clearly for a 'queen' bed. Furthermore if issues with the wifi came up, whilst I appreciate these things can inevitably happen I take it as common courtesy to inform the hotel guests of the situation so we can consider making other arrangements (I.e. Purchase an internet dongle, change hotel etc.) You cannot just tell you guests when they arrive that the room the booked differs to what they were told when they make the booking, especially when you are aware of the situation. Overall room was a bit outdated but comfortable enough to sleep but as a 4 star hotel I find this completely unacceptable. Even 2 or 3 star hotels can accurately provide for what they describe. Unless you are happy to go without wifi and also sleep in separate single beds as a couple, I would avoid this place at all costs.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet and the autobahn is very easily accessed.

Very comfortable and relaxed hotel. I used it as a base when motor racing at Hockenheim Ring. It was perfect distance away. Breakfast spread was very impressive and well run

Lovely little hotel. Staff was very nice, breakfast was good and rooms were clean and a good size. I enjoyed the sauna and free parking and was surprised when the reception clerk said I could drink everything in the fridge for free. No issues with internet and the hotel had an elevator. I didn't use the bar or go outside the hotel but it was a fairly quiet hotel in a mostly residential area though I did notice a cafe/gelateria just down the street on the corner. Would definitely recommend.
