Its a nice little building conveniently close to the subway but not In a super busy area of london , which is nice. Still in area 1 but just at the edge of it when you need a break from crowds but still close enough to things and plenty of good places to eat nearby and safe streets. My room was tiny, as expected , but really lovely, and the staff were really helpful and just all around great. :)

The hotel is clean, comfortable, calm and very welcoming. All the team members I interacted with, from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant staff at breakfast were helpful, professional and friendly. The breakfast choices were very good and plentiful. My room was comfortable - especially the bed! - and while the shower was indeed tiny, the water pressure and bathroom overall were great. The location, literally a three-minute walk from Earl's Court tube station, was ideal to get literally anywhere. I'd definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to friends and family travelling to London.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but there were a few inconveniences. After we had already checked in and settled into our room, we got a call informing us that we needed to switch rooms the next day. We’re not sure why this wasn’t mentioned at check-in. Since we were staying for five days, it made it hard to fully settle in from the beginning—especially because we were both feeling a bit under the weather. On the positive side, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great—walking distance to restaurants and with easy access to transportation. The room itself felt a little worn, with noticeable scuff marks on the walls, and the shower was quite small. Still, it was a good stay overall, and I would stay here again.

Tiny, tiny room and tiny, tiny bathroom but clean and quiet. Comfortable bed despite being a twin. Extremely close to Earl’s Court Station so you will get anywhere in London very easily. There is an M & S market at the end of the street so it’s easy to grab food and water for the hotel room. Restaurants also nearby. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

This is a lovely little hotel. The breakfast was well worth the money, comparable to the price of a breakfast sandwich, juice and coffee at a coffee chain. But this breakfast had much more variety.

Friendly and helpful front of counter staff. Hotel management, please give the man on the 5am shift a pay raise. Although room was not ready, he went above and beyond to accommodate to make us comfortable until the rooms were ready at 2pm Rooms were comically small. It's what you get for this area but it's almost laughable how small and tight things are. Could hardly spit after brushing my teeth in the sink without splashing water everywhere. No room anywhere to open my suitcase. Luckily im a smaller build person but someone 6ft or a few extra kg's heavy would have a lot of difficulty showering and moving around in the room.

First room was in the LG and was extremely small which had been indicated in the booking system and had a covered window with little light so we asked that we would be changed.. this was done in a very efficient and friendly manner snd

What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. Everyone I encountered, from check-in to check-out, were accommodating, helpful, and friendly. In addition, knowing that there was a 24/7 reception and even a 24/7 bar made me feel very comfortable and cared-for. The location is quite good. It was a five-minute walk up the street to the Earl's Court tube station and from there, I could get everyone. It was really pleasant not to have to stay in the hustle and bustle of Central London and still be within easy distance. Overall, very, very pleased with this hotel and my stay.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room is aesthetically pleasing and the bed was very comfortable. Room is small, but to be expected for London. Location is fantastic (less than 5min walk to train station, and an M&S just down the road to buy snacks/drinks, as well as multiple dining options on the main road). We stayed 5 nights, the only let down was the bathroom cleaning- on check-in there was a cleaning issue with the first room so we were moved to another room (which was fine). It seems that they had daily issues with supplying enough clean floor mats/hand towels- we had to ask a couple of times for new mats because housekeeping staff refolded our used wet mats, and hung up used towels that we'd placed on the floor to indicate we'd like a towel change. They didn't appear to wipe down the sink area daily either. The bathroom is actually quite spacious, but lacks enough hooks to hang towels and clothing, and their tiny sink was difficult to brush our teeth or wash our faces in without splashing water all over the floor and our feet. If only they'd installed a full sized sink... it would have been more comfortable.

Stay did not get off to a good start. When checking in two receptionists asked me for photo ID. I am a British citizen therefore I do not have an ID card. Neither do I have a driving licence as I do not drive. I was then asked for my passport. I confess I did not have it on me. In never occurred to me that travelling from the Midlands to London for a night would necessitate me carrying my passport! The hotel was booked and prepaid via Expedia. Apparently the email I had with the booking details and confirmation number was not sufficient. Eventually after much debate a member of staff did accept the email as proof of the booking. Never before have I encountered this situation in a UK hotel. Perhaps there is a law that stipulates that British citizens must provide photo ID when checking into a British hotel? If there is then all the many hundreds of other hotels I have used in Britain over the years without photo ID have been breaking the law. On a more positive note the actual room I was eventually given was quite nice. As other reviewers have stated they are small but the room was perfectly adequate. Decor was pleasant. I was given a lower ground floor room which didn’t bother me. Now for another negative. It overlooked a tiny courtyard which unfortunately was covered in weeds and litter. Not a great advertisement for the hotel. To say that my whole experience of this Best Western hotel has left me with a negative impression is a gross understatement.
