We had nice time here. The staff was friendly. We got check-in and checkout in minutes. Will be back when we're in Thailand again.

Just stayed here not long ago, still more impressive than this time because many things have changed, such as the 500 baht key card deposit, with cash only, in a cashless society like now, and only one card given. Booked a room with a double bed, but when we got there, they said there was none. Don't know how the agent could book it, which we didn't know because we booked through Traveloka and it was still available for booking normally. Plus the price of a double bed is more expensive than a single bed. But when we checked in, they said there was none. If there was one, it would be a smoking floor. And what can we choose? Because there was no other choice. Probably won't go back to stay again.

The staff was very polite to the travelers, hotel service is good, and the breakfast buffet is decent and not bad! The location is a bit far from the hotel to explore the country, you can take Grab to night markets and massage shops, and there are nearby cafes at the hotel.

I made a reservation but didn't check in. The female staff at the counter was not friendly. I was very disappointed. I accepted the charge for the reservation but didn't stay. I walked out and looked for another hotel at that time.

The road to the hotel is all main roads, no need to go into alleys. About 2km to BTS Ari station. Take a grab for only about 20 - 25B, 5 minutes, quite convenient. I also tried walking to Ari station to see the street 😅. The interior facilities are quite old, but work well, no problem. There is a swimming pool. Wifi is sometimes a bit weak (I'm on the 16th floor). The stairs to the door are quite high, if your luggage is heavy, you can take the elevator to the G floor, where there is a taxi/grab stop sign. The receptionist and staff are friendly. The rooms are clean!

The male staff is terrible. He speaks very badly. When asked anything, he has an unfriendly face. When calling to ask, he gets irritated.

Very good price compared to hotels in the same area. Easy to travel. Tall building, nice view.

The welcome upon check-in was not as good as ours, even though we were foreigners.

The room where we stayed, the air conditioner wasn't cool. Even though we adjusted it, it still wasn't cool.

Traveloka gives 4 stars, but this hotel is less than 3 stars. Swimming pool is under maintenance, buffet breakfast has very few dishes and is not delicious. Staying on the 2nd day, there is no buffet? No free packet coffee and tea? No hair dryer. You have to go through 2 layers of locked doors to get into the room. Far from the center. The room is relatively clean but the furniture is old.
