Although the hotel is old, the service from the staff is very good. I am very impressed with the attentiveness and helpfulness of each staff member. At first, I didn't expect to get a room on the first floor. I didn't like the room when I saw it, so I asked the staff to change it. The staff was very helpful by letting me go up to see the new room on the 4th floor first to see if I liked it. I decided to change and was happy to pay the additional fee according to the room upgrade conditions. The room I changed to had a beautiful view overall. I could watch airplanes all the time during this period. I could see the airplanes very clearly. However, I would like to criticize the room's readiness to open the room for customers: 1. The bed was a hole (old mattress), but it was clean. The staff came to change the sheets and make the bed every day. I was impressed. 2. Dust and gecko droppings on the window sill. The room view is very beautiful. But it's a pity that the glass was not cleaned. 3. Dust on the curtains. There were yellow stains. 4. Cobwebs on the corners of the ceiling. 5. Stain or mold on the ceiling in front of the bathroom. 6. Old furniture. 7. The room does not have a key card. It is a key lock system from the outside. It cannot be opened without a key. And to lock from inside the room, there is only a U-shaped cable. There is no internal lock. 8. A hair dryer, an electric kettle, and a tea and coffee set are not provided. If the customer needs them, they must request them. If possible, I'd like to see improvements and a new mattress. My current mattress is giving me severe back pain. I'd like to make the room more beautiful and offer better service. Overall, the staff provided excellent service and care. The location is convenient, and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me during my 5 days and 4 nights.
