All good - no coffee maker in the room.

For what we needed, it was sufficient. Lots of holes in the walls, not all of the lights worked, but the price was very good. The location was not far from the airport, but it looked like it was in a rough side of town. The staff was fantastic.

El hotel está bien, igual que en las fotos. Hay cosas que mejorar, el AC no sirve, la persona que nos recibió el sábado por la tarde atiende de mala gana, enojada. Eso da una mala imagen al hotel

Excellent experience! Ive stayed all over Costa Rica and have found the service only just acceptable. However, Laura, at the front desk was very helpful and nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the dtay includwd a decent breakfasy from staff with a smile on their faces! The only minor downside was the location, being a ways away from anyrhing worth visiting. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Bad bath no place to shower stuff and clothes very bad

Good place for the price. Near freeways and airport. Good continental breakfast. Beds were ok but othe than that was good.

We had a great stay at hotel plaza! The room was well kept and clean, and the breakfast dining was convenient and delicious. The staff was also very helpful!

Staff are awesome every little detail is thought of. It is close to the highway so you can head to anywhere. Secured parking but it is also in a very quiet area.

Good location if you have a car to drive, not walkable to anywhere. Excellent accommodations and cleanliness, breakfast is good. Service is good

Didn’t have towels or hot water. Also, there’s no airport shuttle.

Pretty good place to stay for the money, some areas need a little Maintenace and to be upgraded. For example i stay in a suite one of the TV’s was very obsolete a square box from the 90’s definitely wasn’t a flat screen TV, plus they should upgrade to smart TV’s as well. Overall for the money does worth it to stay nice secure location. The staff is very friendly definitely will stay again.

Very nice staff, lovely breakfast, and clean

There was no hot water in my room. Everything else was okay. I walked to the Hotel Irazu to meet a friend for a lite dinner and retired early.
