Went here for a two night stay with our family to drop our son off at BYU. The double bedroom was great! It was so nice having two separate bathrooms. One was shower/sink, other was toilet/sink. Complimentary breakfast was perfect! Waffles, hashbrowns, eggs and juices. Just what we wanted. Staff very friendly! Hope to someday stay here again! Perfect quick car ride to BYU.

This is a nice motel located within walking distance of the BYU football stadium and the BYU campus. It shares a parking lot with another motel, and this one costs more because it's the better one, although both are fine. I like this place, I plan to stay again, and I recommend it to others. It's a decent place to stay.

This is the first Springhills, that I have stayed @ that didn’t have a hot tub, and the shower wasn’t a walk in without a tub…

My second time staying here and if I ever need to visit Provo again I will be staying here again. Located in a very quiet area. Close to many food options and shopping.

Hotel was nice and clean but old. it was Memorial Day weekend so there were a lot of people at the hotel. Pool was smaller with no jacuzzi and breakfast was ok but not the best.

This was our first stop after flying all day from Cleveland to Salt Lake City. We chose SpringHill Suites in Provo as it was on the way to our next day's destination, Arches National Park. The room was great, and the view from our 4th floor window was a real treat. If you're in Provo, make sure you go see Bridal Veil Falls.

It had everything that you needed

The room had the worst bathroom we’ve ever had…the toilet room had a sink and a towel but nowhere to put the towel except a tiny shelf above the towel-needs a towel bar! The shower is ridiculous…trying to figure out how to get it started then the shower head offers a very poor water flow and temperature control. The room’s thermostat doesn’t work it’s either hot or cold. I would not stay at this site again.

Grat stagg, great check in, great check out. Hotel was clean and everyone wws friendlym breakfast was great and full even though it was busy

There was a funky smell coming from the sink and the television had a very limited amount of channels, but the room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. We really enjoyed staying so close to everything we had going on that weekend

Travling home after a weekend away and this was a nice pitstop after he prvious hotel experince. NIce, new, clean, comforatble, quiet.
