Amazing as usual. Reception staff at checking out not good.

Some of the receptionist where ve4y helpful. The hotel is confused its not a buisness hotel as the WiFi in my room kept crashing. The leisure part the pool is tiny and there was no bar

The hotel was excellent in general but the breakfast was not upto standard. The waiters were excellent but the cooked 'hot' breakfast was cold on both mornings. The city was lovely, well worth a visit, especially the old town, which was about a 15 minute stroll away from the hotel

Walkable distance to centre, underground parking.

Nice hotel it's located outside of the city center. Taxis and Uber to and from the city center had wait time's of 15 minutes. 35 to 40 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast had a variety of options and was good especially for the price.

Very clean room, sheets, towels, bathroom. Staff helpful. Efficient check in. Marcedona supermarket around the corner. Convenient walk to city center. Will definitely highly recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful stay.

Always a good stay. Problem with bar as couldn’t put drinks to room, embarrassed to say the least as we’ve stayed quite a lot lately. Had to pay bar bill immediately. Needs sorting please.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff, especially reception.

First stay here and found everything excellent. All staff were very special. Room very comfortable but a shower tray instead of bath would be much more practical. Would highly recommend for a great stay.

Lovely one night stay. Quick and efficient check in (allowed us to leave bags and use pool as we were very early) Room lovely, clean and spacious. Very quiet so good nights sleep. Will return if in Murcia again

I have to say, that what really impressed me was the staff, everyone was unbelievable, nice, always with a smile, nothing was a problem. Many, many, thanks to the girls in reception, the lady in the in snack bar/ in the backyard, the ladies who did my room, the staff in the snack bar near reception. Everyone was fantastic, even the cleaning lady, was always helpful and with a smile. A minus, the food in the snack bar near the reception, wasn't that good, or shall i say not bad, but it could be better.
