Ottimo hotel per rapporto qualità/prezzo. Metro attaccata, ma comunque ad una buona mezz’ora dai punti di interesse. Sicuramente un tre stelle superiore, stanza pulita e abbastanza grande; poca simpatia in reception, ma d’altronde siamo in linea con lo standard del serioso tedesco. Comunque ci tornerei. Un saluto

I have been staying at this hotel for about 10 years every December and it is always great. I would like some uk tv channels on the tv.

Very easy early check-in. Very close to public transport. Free water each day great. We absolutely recommend staying here.

It was okay but the room was quite hot - you can adjust the temperatures & pillows quite high. Flashing lights in the bathroom - asked them three times to change the down lights but apparently this wasn’t possible or they couldn’t be bothered !

Great location: a residential area with subway connection to Berlin West and Mitte.

The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. Aside from the shower being very small, we had no issues with the room/hotel at all.

The room was much to small for 2 people. We nowhere to put anything, one person can't turn around in the bathroom & shower. It was 34 degrees outside and the room was 28 . We went to reception 3 times. She came up and tried to fix it and couldn't, the maintenance guy cam we up tuice and it still didn't try he try fixed. We put in 2 terrible nights with no sleep after traveling a long distance the day before. At that time she didn't. Have another. Solution 😫

Nice hotel, great breakfast, beds not too comfy! Area around hotel was quite rough and we witnessed an argument in the street and a physical altercation also
