Loved this hotel, the Junior Suite with Pool Access was perfect, the hotel is immaculate and the staff are lovely, it is set in lovely grounds and is on the beach. I didn’t love the area around as much but we did love the boat trips from the beach directly in front of the hotel.

Room was old and tatty; Air Con was not turned on at all, so impossible to sleep. Hotel refused to turn it on despite repeated requests. No manager ever contacted me about it. Bathroom was mouldy and old. Generally, staff however were good.

Great hotel. Fantastic pool area and direct access to beach. Far enough away from the Faliraki night life to not be disturbed but equally close enough to it if you wanted to enjoy. Only 1 disappointment which is that A/C was switched off across hotel. Room was very hot and leaving window open during night exposed you to mosquitoes.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is excellent.

Nice quiet hotel but u need take all inclusive, if half board u need pay for sunbad on the beach and alcohol if u drinking

The staff was very helpful and polite However, the hotel would close the air conditioning in the middle of the night , at different hours. How ridiculous? Especially during this summers heat wave! Lounge chairs are for all hotel guests . I was so disappointed , it is definitely not a 5 star hotel .

Hidden jewel. Lovely property with nice crowd of people. Small and very private.

Disappointed. Cannot be compared to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The main building was good but lacked atmosphere in communal areas. Location was excellent, right on the beach and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. Pool area was very good and clean. Rooms tired looking need upgrading. Water in shower was not consistent, went from cold to scolding without warning. Bath water was brown ! Room cleaners were very friendly. Sister hotel Apollo Beach was a 4 * which had much more atmosphere but the entertainment when we visited was German. It appears that both hotels cater for German tourists. Would not return.

We liked the cleanliness, staff friendliness, & the quietness. Overall the hotel was fantastic & we have already decided to go back there next year.

Aircon didn’t work at all! And refused to fix it when I asked! :(

Excellent hotel we would go back again. Our room was lovely . Everywhere was so clean . The food was varied and very enjoyable only downside was waiting for it to be topped up sometimes . The pool was great and was well maintained We had no problem getting sun beds at the pool on by the beach . The beach is sandy apart from shingle at the edge once you are in the sea it was mainly sandy . We also enjoyed using the red boat to visit Rhodes town , this pickled up and dropped off from the beach which made things easy .

Beautiful beach location, clean rooms, quiet hotel.

The hotel is right near the beach with its own private area. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the main strip of bars restaurants and clubs. The hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are slightly dated but very clean. Lovely hotel.

We had a great first day with Birthday cake for our sons birthday which was a nice touch. Good facilities with good spa/ jacuzzi and games room. Great music night with Beatles tribute act. Breakfast had everything you wanted but closed a little early at 10am. Room was great location with sea view and shared pool on the first floor. bedding was a little underparr - could have had firmer beds, more pillows etc.
