Very central

Great stay and perfect location for me on work trip

Great central location, close and walkable to the hospital, octagon and food. 24/7 desk makes check in and out easy. Hotel a little old decor style but room clean and comfy. Not all rooms have a bath so request when booking if you want one.

Friendly staff and convenient

It was very convenient to al of the shops and services. Staff were very helpful. The hotel facilities like bar and restaurant looked great but not well patronised so we had to go to local restaurant for food.

Clean, provided towels if needed. Nice restaurant in hotel. Little kitchenette handy for snacks and tea. Within walking distance of train station and restaurants.

Ideal stay if you require accommodation that is close to city centre and hospital

The room was immaculate. The bathroom was spotless, no mould in the grout or dust in the corners. I was impressed.

It was central to the city. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice place to stay.

We were revisiting Dunedin city after 20 years living away so wanted to stay in the city centre with easy access to the Octagon, prominent landmarks and a supermarket. The Victoria Hotel was perfect

Great short visit, everything as expected

Nice place just a real shame no one could get the TVs audio to match the image playing, out by about 2-3 seconds. As a short person myself thought the shower head was very low as i had to duck to get under it.
