I like this hotel. For night guest service is so good and I love onsen in the hotel (special for men only) because after walking all day, it's felt good for onsen. I promise if I back to Osaka again, I will go to the same hotel. P.S. 1. It's take time about 15 minutes from Namba but not a problem for me. 2. This hotel near Hanshin line to Kyoto.

Requested a non-smoking room but the room still smelled of smoke. Nevertheless, the reception was friendly and the location was great. Would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling on a budget.

It's a very cozy hotel. The location is very strategic; It's only 15 minutes from Shin-Osaka and 5 minutes from the nearest train station. My room is clean and has enough space for one. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Having a laundry room is also very convenient.

24hr front desk really helpful for my family due to very late check in. Small room but clean, not close but not too far from station. Overall ok!

Old style building and furniture, feel like back to 90s. A radio FM on the bed and somehow it plays SEA musics including Indonesians, feel like home.

Great service, good breakfast, friendly staff. But the room is kinda small, barely enough for 2 typical-size Asians. Location is also pretty good, walking to shin-Osaka station took 20 mins, walking to the nearest metro (Nishinakajima-minamigata) only 4 mins (2 metro stop to Umeda and 6 metro stop Namba)

Clean accommodation near train station.

Take the Subway Nishinagagima (Red Midosuji Line) exit 2, turn right across the street to meet Lawson and turn right again. Then walk a little bit and walk along the railway. (Without crossing the railroad). There are onsen for men. The open period is 06.00-09.00 to 18.00-01.00 near the station of JR with walking for about 7-10 minutes, it is worth the price, no air but can open the window. 90% receptionist can communicate in English You can leave your luggage before check in. (Local time Check in 14.00, but can check out at 13.00). Overall, the hotel is rated at 9.3 full. Only 10 stations may be near the red line (M14). I ask for a high room. Non-Smoking Rooms And ask for a room on the other side of the train station. The train will run until 00.00 and start running around 05.00, so if you open the window, you can hear the train sound.

- The room and bed is a bit small (I think the bed is a bit smaller than queen size bed), but really clean and convenient. They provide charger for multiple devices, a small fridge, hair dryer and a electrical kettle. - Rest-room is super clean, plenty of hot water (with good amenity as well). Although we book a non-smoking room, I still can smell smoke in rest-room, maybe because of the exhaust system that links all rooms. - There's coin washing machines and dryer downstairs (acceptable price) and vending machine as well. - The hotel is quite nearby a subway station (make it very easy to travel around the city). - I haven't tried food here, no comment upon this.

Had a great experience staying at Claiton Shin-Osaka. Walking distance to train station and minimarket. Nice room and toiletries. Recommended!
