It’s a BW Plus, just off Int 10 in Katy, Tx. Good location for doing business in the area. Nothing special, but that’s ok. It was surprisingly quiet considering proximity to highway and construction workers who stay during the week. They were all very respectful of other guests. The breakfast was mediocre because most of it was gone for those arriving later. The room was mostly clean, but no attention to detail. Good restaurant across the street (Italian) and Katy Mills half mile away.

Fairly good hotel and met my needs. The walls were thin so was awakened with doors slamming and voices being heard along with general traffic noise next to the freeway.

Room smelled horrible and not family friendly

Smelled horrible. Will never stay there again or any other best western for that matter. We couldn’t enjoy the pool which is one of the many reasons we choose this hotel because the staff and hotel allow a grown man to walk around in a thong bathing suit showing his back end off to kids for two days straight all day. So we didn’t swim because I didn’t want my 12 years son having to look at. Grown man’s butt the whole time in a thong. Reported it and they laugh at the front desk and said they would speak to him which they never did because we watched and wait so my son could swim but they never told him anything. So he did that for two straight days all day long at they pool so we never got to swim

It’s great place to stay

My stay was amazing great service great experience. The only downside but not a problem. I know the hotel needs a remodel and it going to happen soon. Is that the lock to the room had issues recognizing the key. Took 5-6 try’s before I could get in the room.

I like this place, was quiet.

I think most of the rooms need deep cleaning, it was not sanitary and there were multiple roaches in my room and bathroom and the couch was really dirty and old
