Coffee cold, air conditioning not working

Helpful staff who were happy to provide maps of the city and other help. Room was very modern with powerful AC and walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable if a bit hard for us. Staff replaced towels daily and made beds neatly. Very quiet despite ground level room next to road + hospital. Bathroom could get quite hot/humid due to no fan but dried quickly. No kettle meant we couldn't make drinks. One reading light didn't turn on. A ~20 minute walk to the city centre was quite long at the height of summer at 36 degrees C. Semi frequent bus service although we had some trouble getting to the correct destination.

Checks the boxes. This is a basic hotel that is clean, newly renovated (at least the room I was in) and the staff are friendly enough. It is walkable distance to centro (ca. 15 minutes) if you're capable. Otherwise it is a five minute taxi ride. This will be my go to hotel when I am visiting Padua.

Hotel well located, within acceptable walking distance of old town. Rooms clean and modern, with fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. Clean modern shower and toilet. Internally the hotel was quiet but the noise from the main road outside was too much with the window open, which we needed to do as it was far too warm in the room and the air conditioning did not work. Not able to review the spa facilities or the breakfast as didn’t use the spa or have the breakfast.

We had an excellent stay.

Very rude lady at check in. 15 minutes walk from centre. Nice hot tub, but 5 Euros hidden charge.

I like clean rooms.

Staff were very kind and showed us on a map all the places of padova to visit. Room was small but very clean and efficient. Was a great location

Very good hotel about 25 minutes' walk away from the center. Very helpful staff. No problem leaving your luggage for a while before checking in or after checking out. Very nice breakfast with a barista making coffee and a lot of choices. Wifi was strong and reliable. Bed very firm (which I like, though some might not). One little thing was that noise from other rooms or from the hallway was noticeable. (A crying child seemingly stood outside my room early one morning for 15 minutes--not exactly the hotel's fault.) I was not, however, bothered by noise from outside the hotel. Only heard a few ambulances, but not that bad.

L'hotel è carino, non si trova in centro ma con una passeggiata di 20/30 minuti si possono raggiungere le principali attrazioni. La camera era molto spaziosa e funzionale.

Enjoyable stay, booked an hour beforehand to get out of the bad weather. Staff were friendly, room was clean and only a 5 min walk to the town centre. Would stay again if I was in the area.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the town. The hotel is well located and it is only a very short walk to where all the historic buildings and shops are. We had to pay for parking, which was 8 Euros for the night. We were able to leave our car in the carpark till 1pm the following day, which was helpful. The room was a bit on the small side and we were glad to be staying for only night. It was also a ground floor room which wasn't very comfortable as we felt like we were looked in on when we had to open the window. The room was very warm and the aircon did not work. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was very small. Overall it was good based on the location, but I would not stay again.

Very good location, only about 15 on foot to the old city. Parking should be paid extra 7 euro, but it wort. Easy to reach hotel from A4! All at al,l it worth money for accommodation.

The hotel wasn’t that bad but they ended up charging us more on my credit card with no explanation. Even before the additional charge the hotel was a bit expensive for what it was

Lovely staff and could speak English very well. Guided me best on what activities were possible even though I had a short stay there. I would say the rooms were a little too warm even though I turned the air con up to the maximum. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Enjoyed my time! Thank you!

Everything was excellent. Great stay. It IS next to a hospital, so expect ambulance sirens all day if you keep the window open, but I would definitely go back! Highly recommend it!
