This is the first hotel where we cannot fault anything! The design was beautiful, the service exceptional and the food amazing. We are a mix of vegetarians and vegans which we told the hotel about before arriving and they went out of their way to provide so many options for us. It’s right next to a beautiful sandy beach and all rooms face the sea. The only very minor thing is they don’t have any loungers on the beach itself.

Hotel is in an excellent location on the beach. The staff are excellent, friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was great. Fantastic choice for a chilled Ibiza break!!

Absolutely stunning hotel on a lovely quiet part of Ibiza. Around a 40 min drive from the airport (€55 in a taxi) but so worth it. Hotel is beautifully decorated and so clean. Staff are really friendly and attentive. Food and cocktails were delicious. Looking to book a holiday here next year.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Ibiza, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel boasts a beautiful beachfront, and my room came with a lovely balcony that offered an amazing view. The cleanliness of the place was impressive; the cleaners did an excellent job maintaining my room every day. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. A special shout-out to Diane at the front desk for her assistance, Manuel the bartender for crafting some delightful cocktails, and Belen, who served me during breakfast. The entire team, even those whose names I didn’t catch, did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway!

The hotel staff is fantastic. The grounds are gorgeous. The rooms are barebones. You need to request basics like shampoo and Kleenex. Rooms are clean and pretty quiet.

My stay was just perfect. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were accommodating. Everything was spectacular.

The beach is wonderful, very family oriented and not at all crowded like other beaches in Ibiza, but with little choice when it comes to accomodation. Grupotel is quite outdated in terms of facilities, but provides a nice beach view. The staff was the most unpleaseant part of the experience, being very rude in general and very rude specifically at the restaurant - where their main duty was to clean tables and quickly prepare them for the next guest (which creates a canteen atmosphere). Restaurant hours are too early and quite short, resulting in literally being sent out with a 'you need to leave' by the staff when the meal time was up (9:30pm at dinner). Even if you were finishing eating/drinking, they would repeatedly ask you out until you'd leave the table. Staff would then stay eating alone at the restaurant until late hours. Although we brought our own shower products, they wouldn't even replace the small amenities to e.g. wash hands.

A good clean hotel with friendly staff. Very quiet area with only three hotels and four restaurants and nothing else to do. Good place for relaxing but have to drive to do anything more.

Very poor standards 4 starts hotel. The staff was simply excellent, but the hotel itself is old and doesn’t seems to be a 4*. Also, the food in the half board is not great.

My daughter, my mother and I all really enjoyed it. The area attracts the quiet and considerate types, like families, older couples and romantic couples. The kids enjoy the buffet. The sea is very clear and rock free. If you swim out a little you will see lots of pretty fish. The locals restaurants at the end of the beach are pricy but very tasty and friendly (worth booking if going wt peak times on weekends). I was happy.

Excellent experience. Hotel is a on relatively private beach. Meals at the hotel were very good.

We had a great sea view and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing can be improved is the staff working in the resturant! They are not friendly and never mind about your request. Once we asked to clean the table but no one did it until we changed our table and the other time we asked to open the parasol and no one was helping.

Property is clean and well-tended. Staff is friendly and attentive. Property is for adults-only, which makes it quiet. Get a beachfront room if possible. Beach is small and clean with beautiful mountain views. Due to size and limited hotels on the strip, the beach is not crowded. Breakfast was fine, nothing spectacular, but serviceable. To get around to rest of Ibiza, you must have a rental car.

Location of the hotel is fantastic but the waiting staff (particularly at breakfast) are a little ‘over-attentive’ and rude. The cleaning staff clean too early! Fixtures are a little tired and extra charges (for safe key and towels etc) is annoying.
