2 cintres cassés, température de douche impossible à régler (reste très chaud), écoulement de la baignoire difficile, machine à café HS, ces quelques désagréments dans l'annexe "Guest House" ont un peu gâché le séjour...

Paid €240 for room only (in annex away from the pretty building in the photo) which was quite basic, in tired condition. Balcony had no table or chairs and despite requesting a non smoking room, room smelt like someone had smoking. Location is very pleasant just off the river but not particularly good value for money.

L'accueil au top. La chambre tres propre spacieuse et calme. doté d'un balcon. La literie trés confortable et l'environnement champetre trés reposant. Le SPA complet et ressourcant. Le restaurant trés bon et la terrasse trés agréable

In general all went well and a very relaxing place. Things to improve: this is a good place also used for business travelers . Having issues to have an ironing board and an Iron for more than one day is really something that is not costly and can be addressed .

Cold shower. Nothing worse. Reported at reception only to be told I should have rung as maybe they could have done something (turned the temp up?!) which I didn’t appreciate because 1. I’m not an idiot and know how to operate a shower 2. How should I have called them up when I am in the shower?! Plus, I have work to get to and the shower was just falling apart so nothing that can be fixed today!

Service et prestations très en dessous des attentes pour un 4 étoiles : à notre arrivée, pas d'indication concernant le petit déjeuner, le wifi, le fonctionnement de la piscine/spa. Minimal syndical pour l'accueil du petit déjeuner : vous êtes 3, vous avez besoin de 2 tables : je vous regarde rapprocher les tables, mais je n'interviens pas. Besoin d'une cuillère ? Je te dis où la trouver, mais je ne le fais pas pour toi. 3ème couchage : un lit pliant d'1m60 avec un matelas (si on peut appeler ça comme ça) de 5cm d'épaisseur. Nous voyagions avec un ado de 17 ans (âge bien indiqué à la réservation). Dans la chambre, pas d'éclairage de l'entrée, même en retirant le sparadrap qui masque le détecteur de mouvement. Pourtant les ampoules sont là. Lumière bleue toute la nuit qui éclaire toute la chambre. La poignée de porte pour accéder au balcon cassée : nous l'avons immédiatement signalé, mais personne n'est jamais venu réparer. Fauteuil tâché. Shampoing vide, pas rechargé. Petite boite carton que nous avions jetée à la poubelle ressortie par personnel de ménage.

Excellent service

The overall condition of the hotel was not bad, but I think it was expensive compared to its size and condition. I couldn't use it because I was busy, but I may have had a ticket to use the SPA for one per 1 night, but since there was no information about it, I thought it was only available to those who asked (I have complaints about the overall service). And I used the hotel restaurant one day, and the steak was the worst. I had high expectations because of the price and the highlighted text, but the condition was close to the worst steak I've ever had.

J’avais besoin de me reposer après mon accouchement et j ai séjourné deux nuits avec ma grande dans cet hôtel . La Literie est vraiment bien ( et j ai de gros problèmes de dos et cervicales ) , le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et serviable . Le seul bémol est le room service qui consiste en des bocaux sous vide réchauffés mais cela n a en rien entache notre séjour un peu trop court à notre goût , nous y retournerons volontiers quand les beaux jours pointeront car le jardin et les terrasses sont vraiment agréables . Le Gros plus c est quand même la Piscine chauffée et le jacuzzi. La Propreté de l hôtel est appréciable .

Nice hotel in extensive lawned grounds. On businesses so did not use spa facilities but restaurant and bar of high standard.

Comfortable hotel in a quiet area next to parks and the Seine. On site free parking and an indoor pool (extra charge). My preferred choice for visitors to SW of Paris.

Slow service but hotel was nice and clean.

Was a little shocked that we could use the swimming pool unless we paid an extra 50 Euros.. and the room was quite small . We were quite disappointed with our stay as the website made it look amazing

very nice hotel, friendly staff. I was on business trip and arrived late in the hotel so couldn't enjoy the welness but this looks great. I will certainly come back in my private time

We had to switch rooms because electricity did not work any where in the first room. The second room had no air conditioning and the front desk told us air conditioning was not available in the building however other rooms had air conditioning. The place has a good location. The place looks nice but very poorly maintained. I would not stay here again. You’d be better off car camping.

Excellent communication, staff from the hotel as engineers were delayed getting to the hotel. left detailed instructions on how to access everything including electricity in the rooms

Overall, it's a very nice stay. For people love nature surroundings, it's a wonderful place to stay. Right next to La Seine and hiking path, beautiful. Very convenient for parking and cozy restaurant for breakfast. However there are some issues bothered us a bit, ie, for 9 days stay, they put us right next to the elevator and cleaning/laundry room which is noisy sometimes from morning until night because all the big cleaning carts are just outside the room. What's more, the elevator was broken during half of our stay, at last we have to carry our big suitcase and walk the stairs without any assistance. What a pity. But anyhow, we were there to visit family during Christmas, it is a beautiful neighborhood and we definitely will go there again. Hopefully the elevator will be fixed by then and have a more quiet room. *_*
