Very clean and uniq hotel.

Perfect location, good customer service

The hotel announces as Spa and it’s not. We asked the attendant and even if they saw the add in our phone they disappeared admitted. Very noisy and the personnel don’t seem to be able to handle the noise.

Amazing boutique hotel in the old town area of Palma. It’s close to the Cathedral of Palma de Mallorca, one of Europe’s most beautiful cathedrals. The Santa Clara is also near to the marina and the best restaurants and shopping on Palma de Mallorca .

This is a wonderful little hotel located on a tiny street in the old town section of Palma. Friendly and informative staff are there for your personal needs. And our room was very spacious with stone walls —- quite unique!

Quiet location in the centre of Palma. Lovely old style suite with sandstone walled interior. Friendly reception staff & barman. Good wi-fi. The cleaning staff were a bit hit & miss - had to go to reception for towels, coffee, etc, but room was very clean. This hotel is very good, but the service inconsistencies need addressing.

A four night stay in lovely Palma. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very nice. We would stay here again.

Excellent property in great location - 5 mins walk from Cathedral and city centre, 25 mins easy walk to the beach. Rooftop seating area has lovely views and staff will bring drinks up from bar for you too. Breakfast was great, staff very pleasant and helpful. Comments on room 208 A damp smell in there when we arrived but didn’t notice after a couple of days. The extractor fan in bathroom didn’t seem to work so maybe that was why? Room could do with some hooks / rails to hang towels to dry - we had to ask to have fresh towels every day as the used ones didn’t dry properly. The wardrobe doors were at head height when opened and were a bit of a hazard but we got used to ducking under them! Overall the room was a good size and the bed very comfortable, with just a couple of minor niggles that didn’t ruin our stay. We will be back! Thankyou.

This hotel was absolutely perfect. It was exactly what I wanted. Excellent location clean and well appointed inside, but still had a little Spanish rustic charm. The staff was incredible. I wish I had stayed here my whole trip.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Palma that’s easily walkable to main highlights. Service was exceptional with hotel staff anticipating our needs and going above and beyond. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern. Beautiful rooftop space for drinks and sauna in the basement. We will stay here again the next time we are in Palma!

A beautiful boutique hotel in a lovely quiet area yet close to restaurants and other attractions. Top marks to the staff in reception who were very friendly and welcoming.

The property was fantastic and large rooms. Above all, the staff was fantastic. A particular mention goes to Lisa, who made us feel super comfortable and even surprised my wife with a birthday treat in the room.
