The Reception staff was friendly, efficient and acted quickly to resolve our complaints. We were moved 2 floors up to a room with no problems. The bed was large and comfortable. The safe was easy to operate and everything worked well. The hairdryer in the bathroom was old but worked. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and different options. No coffee machine for fancy coffee but the coffee provided was excellent. There was no liquid soap or shower gel in the bathroom, only shampoo. Walking distance to Santos Dumont Park and to Vicentina Aranha Park. We used taxis to visit family members and to go to Shopping Centers. We can't evaluate the level of English of staff because we spoke to everyone in Portuguese. We would stay there again.

The property is very outdated. Everything feels old. The pool was disgusting (water was murky and had a cigarette and other things floating in it). Breakfast was good.

The hotel and location is very nice as well the staff. Checking went smooth and room availability a few minutes before noon. The room is spacious and cleaned. I believe the hotel needs to improve the bed mattress and provide more than only two pillows. The bed linen was not fresh and looks dirty. Need to provide bed linen that look pleasant. Stayed 1 night and didn’t bother to request more pillows.

The glory days of the hotel are over. I ended up in a room for wheelchair users, although I did not ask for one. Everything low, uncomfortable, it's just like putting a person in a wheelchair in a normal room.

Friendly, very helpful staff. Parking very reasonable, valet service top notch.

A propriedade não é aquilo que esta nas fotos. Quarto fedia a sujo, banheiro com as bordas do azulejo sujo. Os atendentes foram super simpáticos e etc. Porem o hotel deixou a desejar. Piscina suja e em volta dela tambem.

Mattres and pillows weren`t confortable. Sheets and duvet a bit old and room is small. Service was very good.

Service and cleanliness are excellent.

I just felt the room smells a little old. The carpet could use a nice cleaning. But everything else was good.

Good location, walking distance from bus stops, bars, food places, parks, and Festa Junina! Friendly staff and large hotel rooms, enough for families to stay in.

This hotel is all about location !!! Close to the main city parks, Santos Dumond and Vicentina Aranha, the area has many bakeries, " Pão de Queijo" and "9 de Julho", have brekfast there or go in evening and order a slice of pizza, many restaurants around, check "Gogo da Ema" and "Bard do Deis", be like a brazilian and have lunch at a kilo, try the "churaskilo", grate place, awsome location, good price, good rooms, also close to the main shooping centers, "Centervale" and "Colinas".
