Great hotel. Checked in early. Excellent room. Bed and pillows great. Super hot water. Parking aroumd the corner.

The check in was smooth, staff was friendly and helpful. The place was pretty clean, our King suite was very spacious and comfortable. Continental Breakfast was normal. I really appreciated the oatmilk available and the ice coffee. We would stay again.

We loved this hotel. The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding. Easy walk to shows, breweries and lots of shops and restaurants. Safe area.

Walking distance to great restaurants and fun activities. Liked having the kitchenette. Reasonably quiet. Good breakfast options at buffet.

Lovely location -just one block from the waterfront. Hotel staff were very pleasant to interact with and they were extra kind to our four legged companion's needs! :) Dog treats were given out upon arrival. Nice public spaces and clean & comfy accommodations. We definitely will return!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5-day stay in the beautiful city of Portland. This hotel was exceptional and perfectly met our needs. Its prime location allowed us to easily walk to nearly all the attractions we wanted to visit. We particularly appreciated the convenience of a full breakfast served every morning, the well-equipped workout room, and the on-site laundromat, which was a huge bonus as it meant we didn't have to overpack. The only minor issue we encountered was with housekeeping; they were scheduled to service our room every other day but only did so once during our stay. Despite this, our overall experience was very positive, and we would stay her again.

The pillows and bed were uncomfortable for us. We also expected to have lotion in the room and two different outlets didn’t work.

We have had such a wonderful week at the Residence Inn. While everyone here has been awesome, there are exceptional professionals who have gone above and beyond, inc. MacKenzie, Aron, Beth, Thecle and Greg. Thank you all for making our stay so special- we will be sure to return!

Clean and safe hotel conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Portland. There is a parking garage next to the hotel with in and out privileges. The hotel provides a pass that brings the cost down significantly. Excellent breakfast

It was centrally located within 10 minutes of the pier.

Everything was wonderful. Easy parking, friendly staff, easy check in. Room was very clean and spacious. Courtyard was amazing to have as an outdoor space. Breakfast was excellent with good variety. Easy to walk to restaurants and the waterfront. Highly recommend this hotel!

Housekeeping was cut back to every other day, including towels and bed makeup, which was inconvenient. Desk staff and location great. Room was somewhat strangely laid out but plenty roomy for a longer stay. Nice view to the harbor. Breakfast handy but limited help-yourself selection. Parking next door with free in and out very useful in parking constrained area.
