Good stay. Our room was on ground floor, some black mould around tiles and shower surround. Room smelt bit musty on entry. Settee in room had badly stained cushion.

For some reason one of the rooms we were given was a disabled room which i found strange and a bit uncomfortable with the as it is designed for a disabled person

Great value for money, basic hotel. Extremely comfy bed, very large room, nice clean bathroom. The little table in the room hadnt been cleaned. There were crumbs on it and some food had been dropped on the table and left to dry hard. I cleaned it off. Basic cleanliness is not a lot to ask, even in a cheaper hotel. The chair and carpet were stained too. The guy on reception when I arrived on Friday evening (15/8) was a delight and very helpfulbut it was a different guy this morning when I checked out and he was a right misery. Made me feel a nuisance.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Very clean. Comfortable but found bed mattress a little too soft. Excellent breakfast, plenty of parking.

It was good. I had no problems at all. The ground floor gave me good access with my wheelchair. The place was spotless. Breakfast was however ABIT of a mess. Running out of produce and my wife had to promo for some glasses for juice. There was only one piece of bacon left and in the 20 mins of me having breakfast no more turned up for my wife. There was only one piece of white bread for toast and the beans were cold. We only had breakfast on the Sunday, we were having a wedding breakfast on Saturday, so I don't know how usual that was. I must say though that the staff were very, very busy and helpful perhaps you just need more of them

Second stay as this is a good location for 3 friends to meet up. Great offer with 3rd sofa bed. Just a shame it wasn't prepared in advance nor the third set of amenities. But all set up once asked. Great to have a Miller & Carter restaurant opposite entrance and a great breakfast included in room price. The staff couldn't be more helpful.

We've had a wonderful two night stay, in an ample sized room for two people, which was clean and well supplied with the essentials. Comfortable bed with a choice of pillows, additional chairs and space to work or nake snacks. Very helpful, friendly staff who try accommodate all requests and queries. Very ample food options for breakfast and veggie options on request for hot food. Flexible options if you need food to go too. Despite being near the dual carrage way it was quiet. Definitely would stay again.

At time of stay building works at the hotel restricted the number of parking spaces.

Nice stay however room was very hot due to heatwave. A/C not brilliant. Good breakfast

Lovely hotel for a 1 night stopover. Clean, new and lovely staff. Breakfast was great, some really good options.

Excellent hotel, staff were very helpful , breakfast was nice and quiet tbroughout the stay.
