The hotel is nothing special, needs renovation. Rough service with no special counter when checking in. It is recommended to order a room with breakfast, because this area rarely has a cafe that is open in the morning. What is special is its location, very strategic, close to Albert Dock, the Beatles and directly opposite Liverpool One, the shopping center.

I am happy with my stay there. Room was very comfortable and clean, staff are friendly as well.
