The property is comfortable, however an eye needs to be kept on when items need repair

Absolutely perfect for our family of six! We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The townhouse was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful during both check-in and check-out. It truly was comfortable and gave us plenty of room. We highly recommend this accommodation to other families — thank you for a wonderful stay! Note: You can hear some traffic noise, but that’s to be expected in the area and didn’t impact our enjoyment at all.

We booked due to ev charging available but the place was fully booked so couldn’t access. In fact our room was in section 3 and there was less parking spots than rooms meaning we parked on road one night and down the back of the main hotel the second. The cost per night was high.

No microwave or toaster

After having to change our accommodation at the last minute due to another hotel letting us down we were pleasantly surprised with how great this hotel was. Clean and able to accommodate 5 of us all with beds not just a sofa bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully presented & very comfortable & spacious

Great location nestled in a quiet street within the hustle and bustle of a busy area. Plenty of dining/food options within walking distance and very central to most things good. Staff were helpful and friendly making check in a breeze. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended

Great stay

Comfortable, clean, affordable and convient. We had a function in Coffs so was a brief 10min drive to and then from which was super easy and perfect. No complaints. Super comfy bed too.

Tv didnt work, emailed owner no response. Dirty laundry in cupboard, cutlery and glass had grease and grim print all over which is annoying when theres signs in the unit telling me to clean up otherwise ill be charged a cleaning fee. It semed to be someones unit that there just airbnb out not what i was looking for i prefer a hotel that gets cleaned by staff and checked by there superiors

Have stayed here a few times. Always clean and very friendly staff.
