Super friendly and welcoming hostess! We had a bit of trouble communicating with her but nevertheless she was amazing and super friendly!

The young woman at reception was Awesome! She took such great care of us and helped us so much. She even drove us to Metro station when she knew we were kind of confused on how to get around. We cannot express our gratitude enough. We would gladly stay with them again in a heart beat and if we return to the area we will.

Very unfriendly staff, felt confused and alone. We also got moved to another hotel without our consent because the hotel we booked was occupied even though we booked it 6 months earlier. Expedia.co.uk who we booked with were not very helpful in this situation ethier.

This hotel had very spacious rooms and it was updated and nice. Everything worked great in the room, and it was very comfortable. It was just outside of Rome, which was nice and quiet but still convenient if you have a rental car like we did.

English speaking front desk personnel was a plus as well as metrobus tickets available at desk for 1.50 euros. Bus drivers not willing to help to find or be dropped off close to hotel location, end up walking back about two miles to get to hotel. Free Internet WIFI was intermittent at best. A/C not working properly.

Firstly, the hotel is 14km away from central Rome and to even reach the Anagnina Metro station, you need to get a bus which is highly infrequent. If you want to look around Rome, Petra is definitely not ideal. Also, there is practically no civilisation in the surrounding area except for a McDonalds which is a 7 minute walk away. Thirdly, our hotel room was not even IN the hotel, it was a 10 minute walk away from the building in a separate apartment type thing which made everything a hassle. The service was wildly fluctuating with certain members being highly helpful and others being indifferent at best. The breakfast was not great and overall, we were not fans.

Rooms were clean. Staff were very nice. On-site restaurant was ok. Mall close by with grocery store. Had a large pool and a couple of pieces of gym equipment. Breakfast was good. You need to take bus and then subway into Rome city centre. Connections were very good. Took about 40 minutes for both.

We had to get a cab from Rome as this hotel is not near the city. It's actually in a suburb called Romanina. The air conditioning was out of service and the staff was not forthcoming about it as we checked in nor about how to turn and keep the lights on in the room. Breakfast was pretty good for Rome standards.

Stayed one night at June 7th, 2013. Good things were (1) clean room, (2) nice outdoor swimming pool, (3) secure private balcony (room has a shutter in the window to access the private balcony). Bad things were (1) location. Almost impossible to reach by the public transportation.

Booked the hotel as it was near to the airport. We had quite an early start. The hotel had aprivate party booked that night, extremely noisy till early morning, with no help from reception staff to deal with it. Pool not accessible during the day and no wifi in rooms.

It was a decent hotel in a perfect location, not too crowded and was easy to get to town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who would want to visit Rome.

Hotel room was secure and safe and clean. Shower had hot water, but water from shower went everywhere in bathroom. Only half of lights had light bulbs which seemed a little weird. Most staff were pleasant and extremely helpful (but not all - you had to pick your shift). Good parking for your car. Not too far to Rome city.

compare to other hotels in rome, italy, the price was affordable; that's why we stayed there. the location is hard to find on the maps and the maps are all wrong. this is very important fact if you decide to drive there.

Photos made it look much better than it actually was. Expensive restaurant and dated rooms.
