Breakfast was great especially the lady making the tortillas

Salvo algunos inconvenientes con el mantenimiento de las llaves del agua y falla del control de encendido de la T.V. todo lo demás está bien. A mi esposa y a mí nos gusta el Buffet para desayunar., es variado y sabroso. La atención del personal nos agrada mucho, son amables y serviciales. Conozco este hotel desde hace más de 25 años y siempre he tenido buena estancia en él, aunque a ultimas fechas noto algo de deterioro. Está muy bien ubicado a unas cuantas cuadras de la Basilica de Zapopan.

There is a very inconvenient staircase at the entrance for heavy luggage, and to bring luggage to the elevator area, it is necessary to do so outside the building. Also, the terrible Wi-Fi connection is almost useless. The staff is friendly, and the hotel is spotless and beautiful. Although it might need a good renovation, it is pleasant and calm.

Hotel is decent very old,.. outdated

The hotel is old but well maintained by a large staff of friendly, service oriented individuals. The morning downstairs restaurant (7AM to 12Noon) is excellent and the wait staff are friendly. It is in walking distance of a large plaza shopping center with a new train station that takes you from one side of the city to the other. It s economical and clean. In addition there are numerous restaurants flanking the hotel. The Country Plaza Hotel is a slice of Mexico, not a branch of a US chain which you can find anywhere in the US. We have stayed there numerous times within the last 25 years and keep going back.

The service and the amazing person

It’s has a very vintage feel. People are very warm.

Jr suite had leaks the closet got wet and part of the ceiling was falling out They move us to a different room No hot water , and the jets from the jacuzzi weren’t working the lights above the shower were broken not a good experience at all

The air conditioning was not working. Towels were old and dingy. Lobby bar closed early on a Saturday night.

It is located in a safe area

lovely, classic hotel. food was delicious and staff were very kind.

Had a great stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff.

Needs an upgrade

The hotel is pretty old, carpets have not been washed for years. Outside pool and jacuzzi out of service. Small pool is very cold to use, especially if you have kids. No microwave in the room or in Any of the common areas to use.

Thin walls, you can hear chatting in hallways and indoor pool is cold
