The entrance is at the red corner intersection, Soi 19. The entrance is a bit difficult. Located in the Pratunam fabric sales zone. Staff were helpful.

The hotel is located right in the center, near the market and shopping centers, convenient for eating, traveling and trading. The hotel room is clean and nice, like in the photos, the staff are friendly and polite to the guests, generally good service. However, the hotel is located in the lane of the clothing trade, so it is difficult to find it at first time.

this hotel is awesome !! very clean, the room is big, the staff very friendly, they also allow me to have early check in at 12:30 which is very rare to get. just a little bit difficult to find the hotel because the location is inside of the platunam market, covered by many shops. definitely I will come back to this hotel when I visit BKK and I would highly recommend to my friends

The rooms are good just to find the hotel is rather difficult because it is located in an alley and at the entrance of the hotel surrounded by a clothing store.

My experience staying at the hotel vista was very pleasant, because it was not noisy and quiet slept, the room was also nice, clean, the service was also friendly. Want to eat and shopping just go down to take it, it is recommended for hotel vista🙏

The location of the hotel is very strategic, just go down from the lobby of the clothes shops. room is spacious enough, not too big / small. it's just that, There are still many small cockroaches in the bathroom and room.

Electricity cut off due to fire broke out somewhere nearby the hotel, unpleasant.

Good location though hidden entry with clothing shops. Receptionists are quite remote and hotel has no facility for baby.

1. The location of the hotel is very strategic if you want to shop for clothes, culinary and walk to the mall. 2. to get into the hotel is rather difficult, because if morning to evening many sell clothes and the position of the hotel rather goes inside. 3. the room is not soundproof.

Entry from inside the market, but the hotel is quite comfortable and clean, breakfast is also quite complete for the size of a three-star hotel.

I had a good night sleep. But the staff at the reception was not friendly at all, she kept giving this grumpy face. When I asked things, she only gave short answer. There was an old man who helps us bring our suitcase, he was much more friendlier and he could speak a little bit English too.

Staff are friendly, rooms are comfortable, bathrooms are good, near shopping centers, lots of selling food around the hotel.

Nice location and friendly staff. Check-in fuss free. Room is of reasonable size, pillow a bit soft and blanket thin. Hotel does not provide bedroom slippers and toiletries except shampoo and body soap. Got to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and comb as none of these are provided. Or purchase at 7-11 nearby. As it is situated within a wholesale clothing building, it is best to arrive/depart late evening after 4 pm so that the shops are closed and taxi can go through. Still, my 2nd happy stay. 😄
