The property was worn out. The door handle fell off when shutting the door. The door latch was very secure had to slam the door to catch the lock. The linen was worn out.

a good location with indoor parking. the room was nice but a bit outdated. would have liked more outlets for charging phones and ideally isb ports. overall friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Our second stay at Royal Hotel. Consistently good experience, friendly and helpful staff.

The reception is very helpful and pleasant, we were only going to stay two nights but extended our stay to four nights. The hotel is very well located and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and very complete.

Went overboard to make our stay good.

The hotel is well positioned clean and comfortable. It is not luxurious and not as pictured however it is excellent for the one night stay on our trip south.

The hotel was near the main outdoor shopping area, which was good. There was a lot of graffiti spray painted on the buildings all around which made it feel sketchy. The staff was nice and the room clean and comfortable. They allowed pets in the room but not in the restaurant.

The hotel was amazing. The hotel was clean and had everything you needed; free parking, elevators, large clean rooms, spotless bathrooms, absolutly delicious breakfast, free wifi and air conditioning. The best part is that it is not even one block from a beautiful huge strip of excellent places to eat and large variety of shopping I would certainly come back to this hotel

It was a solid choice. Great location, the rooms were new, if a bit dark. It could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable, and for the price, it was much better than a motel or many other hotel options.

Wonderful service and great location. Room and bathroom were not fancy, but comfortable. We appreciated the blackout drapes and the variety of foods offered at breakfast.

The room was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning did not cool the room down sufficiently for my preference - 26.5C and keeping the window open was not an option as there was noise from outside until the early hours. Breakfast was a fairly dismal affair if you like fresh fruit salad, yogurt and decent bread to toast. However, the staff were as helpful as possible.

beside the great location, and the hotel itself, the breakfast was nice, basic , the guy at the reception was very helpful, he recommended a very nice restaurant for dinner and booked it for us. i would defiantly come here again

Hotel Royal in Joppola is in the middle of nowhere. Not really much to do in this place. About 10 kms from, Tropea we chose this hotel as a rest stop on a long journey. Nice view from room, quiet area. Carmelo the owner was helpful and very nice. Definitely only a 2 star rating hotel.
