Just loved this place!! Very classy and well organized/runned! Beautiful! They thought of everything! The place is adorable. The room was great and overlooked the pool. We did reserve a room with a view of the water but really couldn't see it.and a high floor but got 2nd floor which was fine. Beautiful little courtyard. They gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco and some snacks when we arrived. The room was stocked with a little refridge and everything was complimentary in it except for the liquor. There were 2 apples and a muffin and some cookies on the little table in your room. They supply robes/slippers, shampoo and conditioner, dryer for you. Not many places in Switzerland give you toiletries in the room (we stayed at many places too). The pool is heated and very clean. This place was the best. Walkable to the water and little town (old town), Restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff works very hard. They also give you a pass coupon that allows you free transportation/buses/trains in that area. Most places do; you just have to ask for it. Places close early. A good 20 minutes walk to the town along the water.

Overall nice and pleasant. Only downside is at breakfast: we found several times mold in the food... :-(

The hotels deserves its membership in Relais de Silence (Retreats of Silence): it has a heated outdoor pool (30 degrees) in a tree-rich garden; from the upper rooms on the south side you can see the nearby Lago Maggiore. The breakfast had variety and good quality food.

As a regular business traveller, it takes something to give "OUTSTANDING" rating. But this hotel and their excellent staff fully deserves it. Location, hotel, comfort, room, out door garden and pool are something outstanding. I look forward to go back!

Hotel has a secluded residential location with rooms that overlook the mountains and beautiful lake area (several blocks away). Perfect quiet location to rest and read a book. Restaurant serves good breakfast only, must walk or drive to other food establishments. Hotel had bicycles available for guests. Staff worked exceptionally hard to make the visit pleasant. Morning taxi was slow coming for trip to train station. Internet only worked in the lobby area. As a location for secluded rest, this would be a good choice.

We had a fantastic and lovely stay. Very friendly and caring staff. Great breakfast included. Quiet and relaxing pool area. Modern E-Bikes included free of charge to easily explore Locarno and Ascona. We would come back anytime.

Séjour agréable et dans la tranquillité

Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen im REMORINO! Aufmerksamkeiten wie Begrüssungsgetränk, Willkommensbotschaft mit Früchten und Süssigkeiten auf dem sehr sauberen Zimmer haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die Möglichkeit, einen feinen Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer geniessen zu können, fanden wir wunderbar. Die Bettqualität war perfekt so auch die Ausstattung des Zimmers, letztere auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön und wohnlich gestaltet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr ruhige Lage, wunderbar zum Entspannen und Erholen. Grosse Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Zimmer sehr gemütlich, mit tollem, grossen Balkon. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das kleine, charmante Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
