Excellent pool, nice breakfast, fabulous staff!

Cute architecture, very close to the beach.The room was ok (very small), the AC did not cool appropriately, for 3/6 days there was NO hot water, the bathroom had a weird/bad smell. The majority of the staff were amazing (maintenance guy told me to just lower the temp instead of fixing AC) and breakfast lady (assistant manager maybe) was very rude to us - and, when feedback was provided she stated “you can’t please everyone.”

no nos gusto la habitación para 4 personas donde nos alojamos, casi nula luz, no se ve el exterior, baño minusculo, antiguo y con muchos detalles que se pueden mejorar. la habitación daba al terreno de al lado que no se que habia pero siempre habia gente haciendo ruido.

Very beautiful, helpful, respectful staff who spoke english very well. They catered to my every need and had very good recommendations for sites and dining in the area.

Awesome! Staff bends over backwards! I stayed in 3 rooms...all were excellent. Breakfast buffet for hours!! Toilet seats need reolacing in all 3 units. Otherworldly 6 out of 5! And the front desk is amazing!!

The check in took long. My VIP booking was not ack by staff. We got a standard room far away. We had to change room as the initial smelled horribly.breakfast was same every day. Worst part is no Expedia acknowledgement

The hotel is located near the Beira Mar in Fortaleza, safe area with plenty options of places to eat. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean just the pool needed an extra attention.

Like I said in the email I send a couple of days ago, it was a bad experience in the Villa Mayor. They charged me for an extra person and said the reservation was only for 3 people and 3 beds. This is not right because the email you send me stated that my room was for 4 people and 4 single beds and I showed them the paperwork, they didn't care.

Café da manhã bom, piscina boa para o tamanho do hotel. Bem cuidada! Funcionários excelentes. Destaque para p garçom e garçonete do café da manhã/almoço! Hotel poderia deixar claro quando o o quarto não possii acesso por elevador.

A estrutura muito boa, café da manhã muito bom… chegamos a noite e tínhamos pedido um quarto com cama de casal, tinham colocado a gente em um com duas camas de solteiro… mas depois trocaram… as janelas dos quartos são antigas e abertas, o que torna o quarto muito barulhento… mas a equipe eh maravilhosa, muito atenciosa e a área de convivência do hotel excelente. Ele eh muito charmoso.
