The hotel staff is great and so is the location! Super friendly and nice location right on the water.

Perfect place for a one night stay while traveling from Chicago to The Åland Islands. Lovely quiet hotel (near active pedestrian area but windows were well insulated so we heard little of the passerby’s outside), plenty of dining options and shopping nearby, beautiful walking path along the water and through town.

This was the best hotel stay in Sweden! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect. The room was great... never had better shower pressure or instahot water! Beds were so comfortable. Breakfast had everything you would want. We hate to leave and will be back for sure!!

This a wonderful gem in the heart of Norrtalje. Ask for one of the few rooms with a balcony and enjoy the riverside ambience.

The hotel is very nice. Unfortunately we were visiting during their hottest July on record and with no A/C we had to borrow fans from the hotel. It did not have basic care products for use in the bathroom and no refrigerator or coffee maker in the room was disappointing. The local area is scenic, but not much shopping compared to Stockholm. The restaurant downstairs is nice, but with a small menu it was difficult to find variety for our taste. Overall it was nice and quaint. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

A nice and tidy well positioned hotel. Great staff. This is my third stay at this hotel and it is always very enjoyable. The only fault I have is that the rooms are very basic. No fridge, coffee or tea facilities, but this does not stop me returning, a travel kettle is a must if you like a hot drink first thing in the morning.

The room was tiny, faced the parking lot. No fridge for my meds. No shelves for cosmetics in tiny bathroom.

Nice room and good service. Coffee and tea in the bar. Nice sauna. I miss a small gym, just a bicycle or cross trainer machine would be great.

i stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. In Winter it is very quiet and there is really nothing to do whatsoever. The single room was all very neat and clean but the TV was all Scandinavian and there was nothing for me to watch. Thank goodness I had my book. Restaurant and reception staff were all very sweet and helpful

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable with very good breakfast and dinner. Easy to get to location.

This hotel had the only friendly staff people I found on my trip to Sweden. But somehow a bar charge appeared on my bill that took two phone calls and quite a bit of time to erase. The rooms have recently be refurbished. The parking provided is city parking and requires coordination with the staff to have the correct pass.

Trevligt bemötande, rent o snyggt! Men väldigt varmt rum fastän vi hade fönstret öppet, kunde varit bra med en fläkt el ac.

Jättetrevligt hotell, bra placering, god frukost, fina rum osv. Hållbarhetsfrågan är väldigt svår att besvara på ett korrekt sätt.

Trevligt, avslappnat, fin miljö mitt i staden. Perfekt att sitta ner med ett glas bubbel på fredagseftermiddagen i den väldigt trevliga lobbyn.
